Not to gloat, but I do think that Cole is a hell of an addition to my roster. Ryans should be better in a 4-3, but Cole should be awesome as a pass rusher...

there's no way a left tackle is 4 stars, see the rules page

no man, the tackle is at 9.5; but the deals the last two young-ish LTs have signed had a cap hit of 4 in year 1... just like joe was 6.5 last year etc

You got some good players while I saved some serious cap space with players that don't fit my scheme, while also adding one of the best coverage FS in Nelson, a promising rotational guy in Porter, and a fourth pick in the top 100. I'd call it a win-win deal.

IMO he's a bit underappreciated a bit like Darryl Smith used to be, not flashy against the pass, but a great one when it comes to stuffing the run. And he is much much better in the 4-3, the only reason the Texans traded him to the Eagles some years ago

I like what Jacksonville is doing down there.  If the QB they take this year is good, they're definitely on the right path.  It's more a question of their FO, Gus Bradley seems like he's a great coach.
