Well the running game is officially a priority that Ozzie Newsome has started to fill before FA.

Kubiak is a good OC. He made Slaton of all back a 1000 yard rusher.

We all complain about Castillo, but maybe the real problem is Gino not being good enough? A good center makes all the difference. Perhaps it's more of a personel problem.

And this Wisconsin guy has a proven track record. Melvin Gordon, Monte Ball etc etc.

Now we also need a new WRs coach. I'm lost there

Doesn't hurt to bring in a couple college coaches. They have great insight of the players that are now in college plus Wisc always had a great running game. If GB wanted him then Ozzie is one hell of a salesman.

Which is something I still don't get - the last few years there's actually been an exodus of these Harbaugh "groupies" from the coaching staff (except for Pees).  Which is something I really respect about Harbs - he might push friendship further than he should, but when it stares him in the face, he's willing to make the change for the betterment of the team.
