FYI we passed the proposal to allow one "June 1st designation" per team meaning each team will have one "free" cut/trade where you save the entire base salary regardless of dead money.

I believe trade talk and the like was asked to be held until all teams were selected. I could be wrong.

I wish I could get my depth chart and state of franchise done tonight... I have a pretty busy week ahead of me. I am kind of regretting voting for the draft lol

At least most of the people left are ones that have been around and know the draft is going on.  There are a couple people that I haven't seen post since we decided on this draft.  I thought we would have been done tonight.  I agree though.  12 hours seemed a little long to me.

I think twelve hours is a fair time because of all the time zone differences we have across the participants.  Most people don't take that long, I don't think anyone is going to try and abuse the system this year.  If I might propose a compromise, why don't we keep the standard allotment of 12 hours and anyone who gets skipped gets put on the Blacklist where they're given less time to pick until they're skipped.  That should prevent repeat offenders without punishing anyone else.

2nd offense: 4 hours

3rd offense: Replaced by another user

Progressive scaling is a good idea.  If a first offense only drops someone down to 8 hours, we wouldn't really have to worry exceptions being made for extenuating circumstances.
