I guess you could cut Austin at 8 but Romo is at 21 and as a league average QB in decline who has won only 1 playoff game, he isn't worth anything close to that. Better off starting fresh IMO. Not my problem though, I'm not taking Dallas.

We are cutting base salary not total cap charge, so Romo would only be 13.5.
