Yeah, I now agree with that. I commented about the interview in the Castillo thread, and I basically said now that I finally know the wrinkles of his ZBS, I want him out. Vertical steps on the line are stupid and senseless and I hope he's gone after next season. I wasn't going to hate him blindly without knowing the finer details of his scheme, but now that I know, I'm ready to move on from him.

I haven't had an opportunity to listen to it all, but I think WNST has done a great job in what I've heard so far! Two things that struck me, I really do think this was solely Harbaugh's decision, and he better have 20 bodyguards with him when he goes to Turkey and Afghanistan! I will probably listen to the rest sometime over the weekend, if WNST keeps it in the audio vault that long.

As someone else said, the truth might lie in the middle.  I doubt it went exactly as Preston said and doubt it went exactly as reported.  Same for the "mutiny" and Cam Cameron firing.  These are things we will probably never hear about or long after the guys on this roster have retired.  An example of people not knowing what's happening behind the scenes is what happened with Jimmy Johnson.  I doubt Cowboys fans really knew Jerry was behind the destruction of something that could've rivaled the Steelers or Niners dynasty because of his arrogance.  People probably reported in fighting then and shrugged off reporters who did.  I personally don't care what happens as long as the team doesn't keep turning in ones like last year.

I think what we have to realize is that John is still growing as a head coach, he seems to being less timid this offseason, well see during the draft and free agency to see what kind of personall he targets. If it took a 8-8 season to bring out the fire, so be it. But he is gaining my respect back slowly (drop Castillo)

What is also interesting is not signing no more texans coaches. We are really looking elsewhere, I love it.

I hope he can adapt as well but since Kubiak is the offensive coordinator he can  basically demand what he wants atleast I hope so. I was a little shock to hear Harbaugh mentioning how they would look for young guys to fill the wr and rb coach vacancy . I thought for sure they would go after Bobby Turner or Chick Harris

Ross does quality stuff, if I remember correctly it was on his show that Cosell really 'called out' Cam Cameron all those years ago.  I trust him on this, he knows his stuff on the OL.
