Love the winter olympics...even more so than the summer games.

I'll be watching men's (real) hockey. I think that Team USA will medal, but I just can't see how they can compete with Canada.

Here's their respective rosters:

USA:

Forwards

Center-David Backes, Ryan Kessler, Joe Pavelski,Paul Statsny

LW-Dustin Brown, Max Pacioretty,Zach Parise, James van Riemsdyk

RW- Ryan Callahan, Patrick Kane, Phil Kessel, TJ Oshie,

Defense

Cam Fowler, John Carlson,Ryan McDonough, Justin Faulk, Brooks Orpik, Paul Martin, Ryan Suter, Kevin Shattenkirk

Goalies

Ryan Miller, Jonathan Quick, Jimmy Howard

Team Canada

Forwards

Center- Sidney Crosby, Ryan Gretzlaf, Jonathan Toews. John Tavares

LW- Chris Kunitz, Jamie Benn, Patrick Sharp. Matt Duchene

RW- Steven Stamkos, Corey Perry, Jeff Carter, Rick Nash

Extra Forwards- patrice bergeron, Patrick marleau

Defense

Duncan Keith, Drew Doughty, Jay Bouwmeester, Alex Pietrangelo, Marc Vlasic, Shea Weber, Dan Humhuis, PK Subban.

Goalies

Roberto Luongo, Carey Price, Mike Smith

Usa has a strong roster, but Canada is stacked. The one area that I DO like us more in though is goaltending. Ryan Miller can steal games on his own.

I love the Olympics and will watch pretty much whatever is on TV.

Thats funny.

sports you would never ever watch for any reason at any time suddenly become interesting in the Olympics.

Too much human interest, not enough sports tonight.

You got that. Every time they start blathering away I change the channel. I want less talk, more sports.

Why does every network in every sport have to make every athlete out to be some kind of hero?  It gets out of hand, I just want to watch the competition.

Is there a good place to find the schedule?  I don't want to miss Men's Hockey or Shaun White.

I love the Winter Olympics more than the ones in the summer. I like ski jumping, and I'm glad the women are allowed to compete in that this year. I also like watching downhill skiing and curling. Yes, I said curling. It fascinates me for some odd reason, and I can't look away when it's on. :)

Because we live in a "Hero" oriented society today and it is a term used very loosely.

USA vs. Finland women's hockey @ 3am. Pray for peace and safety through out the games. One nut already arrested, more out there. Sad on every level, not the spirit of the games by any means no matter what your sport. USA!!

Halfpipe finals are Tuesday at 12:30 live but they decide to not show it until primetime on NBC Tuesday Night. Ugh why does NBC have to tape everything?
