Moderator Appreciation Thread

Hey all,

 

Been thinking about this for a bit, and figured I might as well just make the thread.  The mods work tirelessly to make this forum as awesome as it is, and in general don't seem to get much appreciation for the countless hours they spend overseeing this site.

 

Mods: I know we haven't seen eye-to-eye a lot, and I'm pretty sure my Warning list rivals my post count (:)) but I do very much appreciate the work you do.  I'm a member of tons of different forums (as well as most other NFL teams' forums), and this is by far the best forum that I've ever been a part of.  Thank you for all of the time you spend making sure that this message board is conducive to discussion about the best team in the NFL.

As much as I get frustrated with the staff here at times (I will admit that), I think a trip to the Falcons forum should be a mandatory thing for people who want to see a smaller crew, lighter enforcement, etc. I'm glad we don't end up like those kinds of places. I've been a mod on a board with a similar philosophy and I know there's no way to win (just like being a referee tbh. Everyone needs them but no-one appreciates them).

Thanks all. We love the members here too. We just want the best site, for the best organization. You're saying this indicates we have succeeded for some. Now we have to keep working to help the others feel the same way. We also want an awesome site.

Yup.

This place is run quite well indeed.

 

Some times these mods put up with WAY too much to be volunteers.  ( like after ANY loss )

BTW who ever had the idea for an exclusive RANT thread, you are freaking BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It makes it SO MUCH easier to know which thread to avoid.
