Managed Ignored Users does not work.

Getting an HTTP 500 error trying to get to that page to add people.   Browser doesn't matter, it does it on IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

try this my settings,,,,then ignore preferences. you can add the person there and get an option to ignore post signature etc.
