Look guys, our franchise QB had little help on offense. However, some of our offensive woes falls squarely on Flacco's shoulders. I couldn't stand to watch him get beat up ALL YEAR LONG! Not only do I hope the offensive line gets addressed (tremendously, I might add) but I hope this rough season makes Flacco better by doing everything possible to make himself better. What do you guys expect Flacco to do in the offseason to work towards being a top-10 QB once again?

I love Joe Flacco, he is a great quarterback just because he had one bad year doesn't mean anything. He's not the only one to blame for not winning. There were alot of injuries but there's always next year.

Flacco's salary starts to grow next season and so do the expectations. Joe is hard working dude, I'm sure he does what ever he can to get better.

Deep ball accuracy.

Reduce turnovers back to 2008-12 level.

Rehab that knee and continue to be one of the best at running away from constant pressure.

He needs to continue to train to get better at throwing the ball, and heal his knee injury. Once the offensive line gets better he will have more time to do well. He should train hard to improve his game because no matter how good you are, you can always improve.

- Learn to read the different coverage's defenses employ

- Work of accuracy

- Eliminate / Reduce turnovers

- Study game film in order to break down teams' strengths and weaknesses, picking up trends and discussing with coaches what might work and what won't in upcoming games.

Good point, I like to see the ball out of Flacco’s hands in 1.5 seconds, that does not mean holding the ball until 2.5, waiting for someone to get open.
