Anyone else excited that it's over?

I'm just hoping something good comes out of this. No more wallowing in mediocrity and pretending it's passable. A lot of people need a kick in the pants. Players and coaches alike. Straighten up, wise up, shape up, and come back next year.

I won't be excited until I see the changes that need to be made being made.

And if our coaches aren't capable of either recognizing that fact or are unwilling/unable to rectify anything, then we all know what needs to be done.

About them.

Aren't there some pretty good coordinators who are now former head coaches looking for work about now?  :)

Are you nuts? I am pissed off that its over because I expected more from this coaching staff. I felt the OC was lazy in his game planning, and didn't even scratch the surface about making the most of this talent on Offense. That alone was why we couldn't score td's, ranked horrible in every category. Never created new schemes like a better short passing game taking into account our O line couldn't sustain blocks. Nor did he try and create mismatches to get our speedy receivers in open space. Same old same old as the Patriots taught came back to bite us in the butt. If Caldwell is back, I will lead the charge to can H arbaugh for allowing this.

Without a short passing game, you have no goal line passing game.

Fix one and you fix the other.

and phantom tackles on Rice for a while!

This reminds me of the 'tackle' on Rice in the Bengals game in which he ran into one of our OL and literally flipped backwards onto the ground.  It was no butt fumble...but it was still pretty pathetic.

I could never root for a division foe lol. I'm excited we get the 16th pick. We have a chance to get one of the top WRs in the draft. I hope we get Mike Evans. His 6'5 frame would be awesome to have.

im right with you on this
