Where was the pressure on Dalton? Rough season for Flacco. Grit wasn’t enough for 2013 Ravens.

I think John said it right with flacco you can' blame everything on him he's not the whole team. He took too many risks, lost his long-ball touch, lacked judgment at times. He%u2019s the same quarterback who won the Super Bowl, durable, big-armed, clutch. But he needs to do better this is so true.

The team never improved this year. Harbs is staying but the other coaches need to be evaluated and/or replaced. Start tomorrow by replacing Caldwell and firing Castillo, no need to replace him.

Flacco was also a key ingredient of the strange brew of issues that left the Ravens so wanting on offense. He took too many risks, lost his long-ball touch, lacked judgment at times. He's the same quarterback who won the Super Bowl, durable, big-armed, clutch. But he needs to do better.

Flacco needs to do better, but easier to do better with legit NFL quality receivers.(Boldin type) On another note....did Suggs play today?

I think it was in a post-game conference where he said "we don't deserve the playoffs," and I can't disagree. Forcing 4 INTs in one game and still losing is not an indicator of a playoff-caliber team.

oher, castillo, both detrimental to the offensive line, not sold on monroe, but he did well before castillo got a hold of him. please, give castillo the best (by best, i mean nicest, most of us want him beheaded)new years gift the fans could wish for him, thrown by his face out the door. the offensive line was better before him, even with oher having issues. sure much the the offense faltered, but 90% of it's problems can be pinned on the line.. no blocking means no running, a pressured and injured quarterback that leads to poor passing... last year the line held up with oher and mckinney on the edges.. we upgraded players and still it at times got WORSE.. only one place to pin the blame there.

I have never been more underwhelmed by a football team. Sure, the O Line sucked, but the complete offense is garbage and it probably all stems from Flacco not being able to read a defense or change a play to exploit match ups like he should be able to do. I don't even care that he is mediocre. Even scrubs and awful QBs on the Browns and Jags find ways to move the ball and throw TD passes. Flacco looked clueless all year. I have no way of knowing if that is all him, or is shared blame by the offensive coaching staff, but it was pathetic to watch. Wins will be hard to come by any year if that is all they can muster up in the game plan.

This topic is like politics but at the end of the day...our team leading QB/offense had multiple chances to win the game and didn't. Hats off to the defense for what they done today.....very pleased at their overall performance. Wish I can say the same about the offense..

You are so far off - I bet you blame Flacco when the D can't pass rush or get off the field also. What do you think Caldwells job is? Why does he only send down 5 basic plays?

How was "clueless" Flacco last season when we had a 28 point lead in the Superbowl and our amazing D gave up that lead?

Five thoughts at the conclusion of BAL%u2019s football season: 1)Immediately fire Juan Casillo- Don%u2019t backfill. 2)Look to permanently replace Gino Gradkowski and A.Q. Shipley- Plenty of time to make this happen with {draft, trade, or claim.} Use Kelechi Osemelle to provide 2nd string OL duties. 3)Will have to give Michael Oher and Eugene Monroe basic money- Keeping them outweighs losing them {underrated.} 4)Will suffer defense budget cuts- Look for losses of Art Jones, Ladarius Webb, and/or Graham. All remaining positions will backfill, requiring appropriate contract creation/modifications.

Didn't really matter seing as the offense only scored 7 points and the offense gave up 21 points. I been saying it all year. We can't beat good teams when we score 1 or 2 TD's a game. I think we only broke 21 points 3 times all season. That is Joe and the offense fault. If it wasn't for the defense we wouldn't of won any games, they were the ones keeping us in games. I see no heart at all on the offensive side of the ball. Especially in the run game.

Castillo ruined the offensive line. I don't understand why the front office ever hired, or didn't get rid of him while there was still time half way through the season. If he returns, it will be a season of the same. We better draft a quarterback that will replace Flacco soon. I am in agony watching Flacco throw the ball beyond the receivers outstretched hands, or having to see the receivers double back and wait for a lazy fly ball. He's not getting any better. He doesn't grasp the play until the ball is snapped. Half way through the third quarter and Flacco still doesn't know the weakest link. No comparisons, but Unitas, Montana and Marino all knew who to pick on with killer instincts, and they knew who to throw to before the ball was snapped.

There's definitely something going on when you get 4 interceptions, but still give up 27 points. The killer was the long drive for a TD given up right after we tied the score. This loss was another team failure.

Unfortunately, throughout the whole year, while the offense could only seem to be effective for one, maybe two quarters of a game, the defense would go from dominant to non-existent from one possession to the next.

Terrell Suggs Had 80 Tackles and 10 Sacks this Year, thats great numbers and another PRO BOWL. And while Sizzle had a stretch without a Sack for 4 Games, he is asked to be more the All Around Line backer, that he is and not just the Sack master.. Because if you havent NOTICED... Our Linebacker Core behind Daryl Smith is very Weak and not good. Its not the Ray Lewis, Bart Scott, Adalius Thomas core...Its Josh Bynes a inconsistant at best run stopper and Art Brown good in Coverage, ok blitzer but not on an Elite LBr level yet and same with Mclain solid tackler and play recognition but not on elite level. Thats what happens when you Give FLACCO 20 Mil a Year, our Legendary Defense takes a hit in places. Not good!!
As far as the Offense, Get a New RT and Center.... And get Joe some freaking WEAPONS besides PITTA and Torrey Smith.. I mean look what Dalton is working with Jeez. AJ GREEN, Jones,Sanu,Eifort,Gresham,Benard, Seriously they have a offense Weapon for Weapon that can stand with Green Bay, Denver or New Orleans. A top 5 WR, not 1 but 2 no.2 WRs with Sanu and Marvin Jones, 2 no.1 Recieving TEs with Eifort and Gresham, and a mini Ray Rice with Benard..Ozzie better do work this year between the Draft and Free Agency... Load up on Weapons Free agent WRs names who could help, Q Boldin WR, James Jones WR, Jeremy Maclin WR, Julian Edelman WR(could use a shifty scat slot type),Eric Decker, Golden Tate... TEs... Jimmy Graham, Jermichael Finlay, Andrew Querless. O Line, Centers, Alex Mack, Roberto Garza, Dan Koppen.
Draft...WR Mike Evans, WR Sammy Watkins, FSU WR Benjamin...TE Chase Amaro, TE Eron Ebron, Oline T Cyrus Kuandjo, T James Hurst, C Russel Bodine, FSU C Brian Stork...LOAD UP THE OFFENSE!!! and resign our guys D Smith, Jacoby, Art Jones, Pitta, Graham extend Suggs and Ngata for cap flexibility... FIND A BALL HAWKING FREE SAFETY

Injuries, Injuries and no run game killed us this year. We can't win them all. Time for Ozzie to really do some soul searching inside and out to figure what we need to do to get more consistent on offense.

Zeus, Suggs sacked Brady! But yes he took the later part of the season off. It is a shame as he is my favorite player. It is hard to blame our Defense. It had its faults but how do you expect them to ball out for 4 quarters in a row and see your offense do absolutely nothing? It must be frustrating as hell to keep games close and never see the offense reap the benefits of their good play and great field position on countless drives. The only team that has done that to my knowledge: 2000 Ravens. But in this pass happy league they play in, it is impossible to keep up. I would give the defense a B /A- this year. If we had Dallas defense, or Chicago defense what would our record be?

@ravens4life86 Joe has to throw the ball to others besides Pitta and get better at throwing timing routes.

I go back to Q who didn't have a 1000yds rec season with Joe but goes and gets one with Kap. I think Joe is better than Kap. Also Q did this for the most part without Crabtree on the other side. Think about that.

We needed a shake up. We needed a loss. Our offensive line is a damn embarrassment, and Juan Castillo is a joke. Oher is basically a scarecrow on a post. Our running game is terrible, even with one of the best FBs and RBs in the game. FIX THIS.

Sizzle and Doom were non existent the last half of the season. Flacco played poorly and other than Jacoby Jones, there were no playmakers on either side of the ball.

I thought our defense played pretty solid and gave up only a few points early. But as we got later in the game they gave up big plays. They caused four crucial turnovers that kept us in the game. I thought the offense was the same story it has been all season. The runners not accelerating through the line and not trying to fight for yardage and Joe Flacco looking inaccurate missing open receivers for touchdowns and throwing the ball with bad timing. Even with great field position we couldn't take advantage and score touchdowns. He finally did hit Marlon Brown for a touchdown though so that was good. Team MVP Justin Tucker put up points like he has all season. Joe Flacco threw a crucial interception when we needed a score. But the defense came up big and we still had a chance to win. Joe Flacco then threw another interception throwing on the outside of the receiver when it should have been inside. Joe Flacco then threw another interception for a pick six. We had good blocking all day we just didn't have a leader on offense. Good season guys we will be back next season. Con grads to Joe Flacco you got a 120 million dollar contract and broke the franchise record for interceptions in a single season.

Clean house on the coaching staff except Harbaugh. The offense is one of the worst in the league. The defense gave up too many big plays.

We're a team with issues. Let's be real - We weren't elite this year. The challenges we have as a team have been consistent all season. 5 of last 6 yrs and 9 of last 14 yrs in the playoffs is consistenty I'll take anyday and we're still an elite football organization. GO RAVENS!

NFL is tough! How hard is to win the Lombardi? I'm proud of these guys because I believe they gave 100%! This team gave us something special last year and I believe we will triumph again! Nice draft coming up! People that complain - look at your Super Bowl Champion shirt from last year? Things could be worse.............
