Yeah Caldwell and Pees drove me crazy

Especially when Pees told called a zone play on that third down when Dalton flushed the pocket and hit his WR for the first.

Why does he keep calling zones when it matters most when Jimmy excels in man???

I may harp on the talent of a lot of the offensive players, but honestly it is the coaching.

If I don't see Castillo fired soon, I will blow a gasket.

This better be an offensive oriented off season, in a MAJOR way. I'm talking trading for a high first rounder, an ELITE TALENT. As well as signing some talented offensive linemen at the RT and C position.

Unbelievable year.

- Sign Boldin

- Fire Castillo

- Fire Caldwell

- Start Pierce at RB, with Rice for goal line situations

- Improve the OL.

Caldwell needs to return to being a QB coach. Castillo or Moeller or both need to go. Too many mixed messages, I suspect. I think Pees is fine but if an upgrade is available take it. Most likely he'll retain his job but who knows.

Agreed. The scheme is based on receivers making jump balls, making tough catches, getting into 3rd and manageable, all of which we cannot do.

Here's to a good draft

Jim Caldwell needs to be gone.  Our offense is going to continue to look horrendous with his lackluster, uninspired, predictable and downright shameful play calling.

It was a nice try, but it didn't work.  Time to get a real offensive coordinator.

Worst coached offense in the league. No creativity and an abundence of "stupid". All season and they couldn't figure out to run sideline routes a few feet in from the line? How many times did we see our receivers pushed out because they had no room?

The D created 4 turnovers including 3 to put our O in great field position ( not including the muffed punt to put us in great field position ) and the offense couldn't get it done for the most part. Flacco looked awful again today as he under threw and over lead players on passes. Also, I think Flacco needs major improvement in calling out line protections against overload blitzes ( assuming it's him ) b/c he has had this issue even in his younger years ( Troy P sack fumble jumps out at me ).I like Flacco so I would hope that if surrounded with talent, he can perform better or if we don't put more talent around him, go back to the run being the focal point of our attack.

Be careful to what you post. Might not be smart in the heat of the moment....

I'm expecting a long boring recycled thread about Flacco popping up any second now.

We didn't deserve the win. Did not take advantage of all the opportunities they gave us. Could not block. Could not run. Could not tackle. Could not throw.

Flacco playing hurt behind the worst offensive line I've ever seen. To go along with the worst run game I've ever seen. He throws a horrible pass to "officially" end it. Now since he's the QB he deserves blame. I'm expecting him to get all the blame from most of you. Whether his contract affected today's game or whatever crazy reason some of you can come up with. It's going to be a long offseason on here.

Had a couple nice INT's off a horrible QB. Could not stop the run and folded under pressure. Could not even record a sack and it doesn't even feel like they hit him.

Joe Flacco didn't lose. The entire team lost. We didn't deserve it and I've already moved on.

Get heathy Joseph! Hopefully Ozzie gets you some help next year.

Every offensive coach has to go.

They have completely failed to develop any young talent and, as a unit, are probably the worst in the NFL.

A blue chip player on offense won't make anywhere near the impact they should if they get crappy coaching, which seems to be the case with us on Offense.

Agreed. The OL and WRs gave no help to Flacco. Give a credit to the defensive players for great execution, but the offense gave him no help.

49.8 QB Rating for Flacco in the finale is making Geno Smith blush.  Yet he stated "I believe I'm worth more than what the Ravens offered" . LOL, I hope for the good citizens of Maryland Flacco doesn't ever get into the used car business.
