Week 17 - Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

So the defense gets 2 INTS and the only thing that this offense does is score 2  FG's?  Pathetic!  And now the Bengals are back up front 7-6.  The Offense HAS TO SCORE TOUCHDOWNSSSSSSS!!!  Damn!!!  Smh!!

re watch the play if you can... he never looked any other way and tried to force the pass. If you watch the play it was perfect play for pierce everyone going one way and pierce out the backfield the other way.

Exactly. Joe is forcing the issue. NOT taking what is given.

I have so wanted us to have an offense to be proud of, but I think we can never have a bang bang offense I suppose with our talent.

When you see a WR coming at you that fast, he's not gonna be making any kind of quick cut, he's gonna be running right by you. Turn and run with him like your job depends on it. That's why you can't have a SS at FS.

Caldwell is just as bad, both need to go.

Caldwell may call the plays but doesn't run them... That's on the players. Execute and we will score.

I just don't understand how you can put a safety 1-on-1 with AJ Green and expect anything else to happen.

Have to hit him at the line at least if that's going to happen.  Cannot give him a free release and let him dart up the field.

Good effort Pierce.

Do you think Rice will see any more snaps today?

I am hoping that he will make some plays at the end of the game. Keep Pierce and Scott pounding and then bring a "fresh"?!? Rice in...just hoping.

Jim Caldwell needs to take note of plays like that. There is more to throwing deep than just running fades up the sidelines every single time.

Remember: We're talking about the guy who let Peyton Manning run the offense in Indy and pretty much let Flacco run the offense, last postseason. Are you sure he's going to be able to understand plays like that?

* Ends sarcasm... *

Especially when we are only up by 6. Too aggressive, too soon.
