Week 17 - Baltimore Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

How many interceptions does he have this season?

22 INT's to 19 TD's. It happens Peyton threw 27 INT's to 26 TD's in his rookie year. Big Ben threw 20 TD's to 23 INT's. Eli does it every year.
What does that have to do with being clever? In several games this year, Flacco has been just bad. No mincing words about it.
I guess you didn't notice he could barely move this game . Yeah he's has some bad games like the bills game But I'm not gonna put this one in that category with his injury

That is the problem.   Fans in this city are so ignorant when it comes to football that they think it rests purely on Flacco's shoulders.   Forget the OL, forget receivers, forget the complete lack of a running game.   Forget that Flacco is the second most sacked QB in the league and has been hit more than any other QB in the league.

No, because he can't somehow make miracles happen with the lack of production around him, he sucks and should give money back.    Forget the ring, the MVP, the 5 years of being in the playoffs.   No, it's all Flacco's fault.

After Stoney Case, Elvis Grbac, Kyle Boller, Chris Redman, Jeff Blake, Scott Mitchell, etc: these fans are ready to turn on Joe Flacco like he is a bum.

It's what makes me sick and embarrassed reading some people here.

Don't take it too personally. We're mad. That was a close game with a lot on the line. Quarterback is easiest to blame.

My questions revolve around coaching staff first then personnel.

Clearly switching Oline coaches killed us this year , never did develop any cohesiveness. We didn't have the lineup to fit the scheme and coaches were to stubborn to go back to power football.

Defensively constant 4th quarter collapses were never cleaned up all year... We started off looking like a sack machine for a defense but over the stretch barely got any pressure at all last half of season.

Offensively, Oline huge question mark, Ray Rice needs a pay cut and his role diminished as well, he's a RB so he can only decline further. Development of marlon brown is important. But having a playcaller that attacks multiple levels of the field is key.

Oh well.
Always a fan.

Considering the past five years I am disappointed but that is about it.

Good season none the less.
Lets revamp that o-line.
See who is out there for O.C.
Get Joe healthy.
Find out what the heck is wrong with Rice.

Go from there.

What part of an ineffective O Line do we all not understand?

lol the same part of receivers that don't get separation, an OC that calls 2 running plays that gain a net of 1 yd when we're 2 scores down, garbage time, desperation mode INTs that mean nothing other than an opportunity for the haters to talk about INTs, a dismal running game all season.

I keep telling the Flacco Haters' Club to name me just one QB who had to deal with everything, including losing their 2 main targets to injuries that had a successful season but the crickets just keep chirping.

Not going to lie, if I'm Joe Flacco I'm going into that office and telling them if they don't fix the O line, trade me. Bunch of ungrateful fans on top of media crap, don't know why he stayed here.

We had an amazing run last year!!  Will I take one Super Bowl win over making the playoffs?  Absolutely!  Now I need to find a team to cheer for in the playoffs.  There are so many teams I can't cheer for!  Today and last Sunday are heartbreaking after winning four straight.  Those games gave us hope.  Sigh!!

cocky philip rivers for the win
Joe flacco officially the worst starting this season in NFL. Also made the worst franchise record for most INT by QB.
And yet we still almost made the playoffs .

Would Bobby Rainey have helped our running game this year?? That was a head scatcher....Harbs thought Brandon Trawick was better

I think running into your own returner and putting him out for 4-6 weeks is a good quality to have in a football player.

Cam Cameron wasn`t this bad at calling plays.

LMAO!!!

I'll be pulling for the Bengals in the playoffs.  I like them a hell of lot better than the Broncos/Pats

Bengals and Chargers.  In the NFC I'm pulling for the Seahawks or Eagles(friend is a Giants fan).

The offensive line was terrible, yes, but Rice and Flacco still both had TERRIBLE seasons.

Neither are worth their contracts. Both are paid as top 5 players and, since this is a "what have you done for me lately?" league, both need restructures.

Comparing him to Eli is one thing, comparing him to Peyton and Big Ben, far superior QBs, is another.

He was good, but not as good as I, and many others expected. We missed Q's leadership for sure.

He was good in Denver because he had a good cast around him. Baltimore has a lot of overpayed players who can't make a play

And that's why you pay a franchise qb to stay because you don't need other positions on a field because if you have a franchise qb you win... is that correct... oh its ok we can rebuild through the draft because every 1st round pick Becomes a probowler. Oh lets sign and cut players because old veterans who couldnt make other teams always works.

Sorry about the rant... I didnt want to resign Flacco i wanted to let someone else sign him give us there pick... because I called it that we wouldnt make the playoffs without Boldin. We could have won about the same amount of games and drafted Bridgewater and revamped the o line with money saved.

You don't understand football.  Are you freaking kidding me?  This wreaks of a QB trying to do too much, because everything is collapsing all around him.  Look at last year.  We had an o-line that played decent, and he tore it up.  When you spend all day on your butt, you get shakey.  That pass was horrible, but seriously, what do you expect him to do when he has an average of about .75 seconds to get rid of the ball.  Grow up. Educate yourself.

Man please Flacco was bailed out by Ray Rice and the defense all year last year. He got hot for 4 games and you act like he is quarterback gold. He hasn't done anything except play in every game every year. There is just no one here now to make up for his mistakes. 22 ints really? And Jacoby Jones was the real MVP of superbowl 47
