Well at least we finally get a higher draft pick so more players are available to choose from. Flacco needs learn how to stop throwing INT's this off season, he never threw so many picks before. We need a new O-Line, WR's with hands, new Offensive coaches, etc.

Flacco didn't blow it. Look at what he has to work with here. Receivers who can't win one on ones, an OL that can't protect or open holes, no run game. How about the bad game by Suggs and Dumervil? There's a lot of blame to go around here.

There's no question Flacco is hurt today and was hurt last week. He's had zero zip on his passes.

 

But still, he has 20+ INTs this year... Granted his poor play was only a small part of the problem, but he still didn't play well all year.

The offense is pure garbage and needs to a complete facelift. Start by getting rid of Caldwell because our offense has been just as predictable this year as it ever was with Cam.
