well if we both win out us

if we both lose the week after and win the last week us

all we have to do is win the same amount of games and the last one and its ours
How come you guys win if we are tied at the end?
because if we win out

our afc record is better and our division record would be tied

if we both lose next game it would go down to strength of victory which we lead slightly, mostly because of oaklands bad record

We can't both win out, someone has to lose this weekend. Unless you mean if we both win out after we win this weekend...

if you guys win you will have to win out and we would have to lose to the titans(or the browns but i dont see that happening)
bens rookie season 15-1

flaccos rookie season 9-4 so far(uh oh too late to do better)
IF i was defending Ben I'd point out that Ben as a rookie was in fact 13-0 his rookie year. He didn't start game 1 and he replaced Maddux Game 2 then went on to start game 3.

Overall that year, playoffs included, he was 14-1. Again If I was defending my team I'd atleast know what he truely did accomplish....

the titans just like the colts are a team not to be overlooked my friend. they may not seem like they are great but work well as a team and they get the job done. we still have a chance but im just excited that we may make the playoffs.

You're right on that. I'm upset though that it looks like one of our teams is going to get royally screwed. At this point it will probably be the Ravens but I would still think its unfair if it happens to the Steelers. There is a good chance both teams finish 12-4. That means the team that doesn't win the division has to settle for the wildcard. The Ravens would get the 6th seed because of the head-to-head with the Colts. The Steelers might get the 5th I'm not sure but it would still suck. Not to mention the team that wins the division will have a first round bye it looks like. One team is going to get screwed thanks to a 4th tiebreaker or something like that. Meanwhile the Broncos are gonna win their division with only 9 or 10 wins.

The titans began to fall apart when they were losing to us in week 4. They started taking the frustration out on each other and i've yet to see our guys do that. Thats what makes us a better team then Dallas also.

the titans even tho i dont like to admit have mastered their schedule. they went out and did what they had to do to get to the playoffs. otherwise i dont think that they will make it to the superbowl. out of the afc my predictions are its either: ravens, steelers, or colts that will be in the superbowl even tho any given sunday a team may show up i think those 3 teams have the best shot at the superbowl. the colts are a team not to be overlooked when their offense is clicking and the steelers like the ravens have a defense that gets the job done. the titans have proven that if you stop the run they are done. the rest of the teams dolphins, pats, and jets just dont seem consistant to me. with that said i hope its us in the superbowl but we still have 3 tough games ahead of us that we need to win before we can even start thinking about the playoffs and then the superbowl.

There is like a four page thread analyzing all of the possibilities as they pertain to the division; it's a lot more complicated than just a three line explanation.

Here is a comparison of the two QB's rookie seasons.

Roethlisberger: 13-0/66% CMP/2621 YDS/17 TD/11 INT/8.9 YPA/98.1 QB RAT

Flacco: 9-4/60.2%CMP/2410 YDS/13 TD/10 INT/6.8 YPA/81.3 QB RAT

Roethlisberger went on to win the Super Bowl.

Those are actual comparable statistics.

Ben won it his 2nd year but there's still no denying he was a catalyst to that team even if they are defensive orientated and run first like we are.....

Why was I under the impression he won it his first year? I thought Maddox got injured, Roethlisberger came in, the Steelers went 13-0, and then Pittsburgh won it all on Bettis' last season.

I can't distinguish between the years anymore.
