Week 16 - Baltimore Ravens vs. New England Patriots

Of course it wasn't!! The game was already lost by the starters lead by Joe Flacco.

That's why I said leave Joe Flacco in the game and let this ship go down with him at the helm tonight! Tyrod has been riding the pine all season long. So the mocking of Tyrod in this case will just be a deflection from Joe's and this offenses usual lack of production.

Decision making is decision making, no matter when you're put in. And you DONT leave your hobbled starter in a game where you have no chance. That's just stupid to say.

Can we start the Caleb hanie talk?

How about the fire Caldwell talk? Maybe we should try Juan Castillo out at OC. :D I'm only half joking, BTW. We really could use a new OC, imho.

Ravens SUCK! Hope we lose next week, cause all they deserve is a big fat 0, which is what all those 53 0's should have scored today. They didn't deserve 7 points, they sucked with a capital SUCKED!

Oh but it's the defense that's carried him his whole career... Obviously nothing he's done

I detect a little sarcasm there, right???  LOLOL....    I get so tired of the Flacco Bashing.

The two teams you measure yourself against in the AFC, Denver and NE. Both smoked us big time, not even close! Pathetic year for Ravens and there faithful!

Still not a losing season so I wouldn't exactly call it pathetic

I'd also like to add that I'm glad Peyton broke Tom's single season TD record today.

why..7 of those TDs came against the Ravens..on Prime time. Meaning like we accounted for 14% of that record...ugh ready for this regular season to be over.

I make no excuses for joe this week. He played bad!!!

Pretty much. I still think we need QB coach and a new OC. Then we need to draft a WR coughMikeEvanscough and sure up the OL, because they are just awful.

omg. this is the kind of crap that makes me want to bash walls in.

he doesn't need excuses. he has a sprained MCL! He is wearing a big & bulky KNEE BRACE!

I'd like to see you and the rest just manage to do a job where you had to be ON your feet under those conditions let alone play football and worry about people coming in and banging on it some more.

Ugh-ly.  Bad enough we got the worst whipping EVA at home--but the freaking stillerz are STILL hanging around, despite their "banged-up" o-line we keep hearing about.  You mean the one that keeps people from sacking that fat hog Roethlisberger?  And the Dalton mythology will continue.  smh.  Of course Denver beat up on some bottom-feeders AGAIN, so the never-ending Manning worship will also continue.

A bad, bad day for Ravens fans everywhere.  But, there is one more week.  One more chance.

Yeah poor Tyrod was cast into a pool of sharks.

I'm very very disappointed in Joe Flacco at this point.  He doesn't' develop rapport quickly.  He needs lots of repetition and lots of time to get in a groove with a receiver.

Lets be candid.  He also doesn't read defenses exceptionally well.  He fails to go to the open receiver a significant part of the time.

He's a game manager with a big arm, but to manage a game he needs a running attack and he didn't have one this year. That said, we ran the ball somewhat effectively today.  It didn't matter.

This game broke my will. I don't care to go on.  Let's lose the Bengals game and get some draft picks.

We can't go anywhere with this offense.  Its anemic.

This is one of the most embarrassing losses I can remember.  I mean that Jags loss a few years ago was bad, but this Pats team sucks too.  Their defense is horrible and without Gronk their offense sucks.  There is no excuse for what happened on that field today.  Complete, utter, total, unequivocal failure by the coaches and players.  Pathetic is spelled R-A-V-E-N-S today.  No one did their job well.

Hear, hear.  I was thinking the same thing.  Joe was not at 100% today and he absolutely must be, to compensate for the o-line and for No. 27's not being at 100%.  We will have to lick our wounds and come to Cincy ready to fight next week.  That's all there is to it.  This season is not yet over.

It was thrown right in front of Pitta. He actually should have caught the ball.

pitta was looking for the ball on the inside where no on was at and flacco throw it on the outside were the defender was... rewatch it. Pitta had reach back and make a great catch and he couldnt.

Uhh, he was playing injured, dude.

And where were you two weeks ago, or last week?  He came through BIG TIME in the 4th quarter in both games.

Here's the situation we win next week and neither SD or MIA lose, and it doesn't matter, Phins enjoy the dance.

its not the end of the world we did just win the superbowl .if joe wasn't hurt we would have been fine there is next year. I knew coming into this year we would not make it . I am happy with what we have accomplished . next year  a good offensive draft and who knows

I have to agree.  This was on the same level as that horrific Week 1 Denver game, or the 2012 Houston game.   But, the Ravens have a week to rest up.  They're not out yet.
