Patriots CB Devin McCourty hates the Ravens : )

I like it lol, it's basically an acknowledgement of the rivalry.

Yeah me too. And like someone said above the feeling is mutual.

Not a fan base I hate more and that's for sure.

Did McCourty say this in his normal voice or his fake one he uses on-field? If anyone has watched his SoundFX they know lol

He's just salty that we keep beating them.  Still not over that loss in the AFC Championship game when we cruised over them.

Sure he hates us and he wants to eliminate us from playoff contention .. The last team the Patriots want to see come to Foxborough for a playoff matchup is us, believe that.

He has good reason to hate us. Much like we couldn't wait to get back to NE after the Cundiff game. But the Pats might wanna be careful to turn this thing into a rivalry. For the most part our players treat it ho-hum on the rivalry front. Some say yea kind of others say not really.

But now you come out and say you hate the Ravens, everybody will look at this like a rivalry and the Pats aren't build to handle a Raves/Steelers type game. They just aren't physical enough. Forget Ravens/Steelers the Pats struggle with the physical presence of the Browns and they aren't even on our level in that department. I love it, that's his true feeling and if they play like that hate us the game should be even better because the Ravens love that type of battle.

I agree!  I couldn't wait for the Ravens to return to the AFCCG to knock those patsies on their rear ends in Foxboro!  And to watch the Ravens drop the Patriots again on Sunday will be a joy to witness!

Being hated means you are doing something right.  I mean let's be honest who hates the Jaguars?  Everyone hates our success.  They are just mad that we are one of the only teams that matches up so well against them and can beat them.

haters gonna hate

I remember when people said he's going to be a top 5 corner.

He easily might have become one. He was a quality CB before being moved to safety.

And I'm sure Baltimore is just gushing with love for the New England Patriots.

Confession, when you guys first won the super bowl I was rooting for you.  I was just a kid, but I loved the whole "6th round pick, underdog" storyline.

That right there that I bolded is the exact reason nobody in the media gives us the respect we deserve. They know we are the only team that can match up against their media darlings and beat them.

Confession: I considered the Ravens too beneath us to constitute a rivalry until our back to back AFC Championships with the replacement official debauckle in between.

Understandable honestly, considering to that point we'd only beaten the Pats once.

Kinda like how Ravens/Steelers didn't get super hot on the Steelers side of things until we swept them in 2011. Before that you could tell the Steelers looked at us like a little brother. The tables have turned, clearly.
