Vent thread: Lions

Is 61 yards a Baltimore FG. record? Can't think of one longer in our history, Tucker rules!

That's what Ravens do! Fly high and take risks! And make records on others feilds cause theirs is already claimed!

Great game team, only vent..... can we PLEASE tighten up our offense, and pick up some tds?

I thought the calls went both ways.  The refs made a lot of errors.  The low hit was big.  But so was the hand bar by Webb in the endzone.

And so was the PI on Marlon that they called a blow to the head.

my only vent is the lion defender who speard his helmet into flacco

Amen to that. Dude launched himself from 3 yards leading helmet first into Joe's leg.   This has been a focus on QBs ever since the Brady episode and you can be sure it would have been flagged with a possible ejection if it was on Brady, Manning, Brees, Rogers or most any other NFL QB.  Criminal.

Announcers tried to suggest he was pushed. BS on that!  Really concerned if Joe can go next week or possibly rest of season after that.

ummmm...they did.

I was being sarcastic. That's what a lot of people were saying during the game, including me once at halftime lol.

I have to get up and work in 2.5 hours. And I don't think it's possible for me to sleep.

Why couldn't they just blow them out!!!!

Seriously though, I'm sure I wasn't the only one cringing and thinking at a million miles per hour about all the lost possibilities when I saw that helmet-to-leg hit, reminded me of Pollard and Brady.. no thanks.

I can't say I was surprised when they reported he was jawing with fans though, that brought a ton of relief, lol.

Can I vent all good things here? lol

Congratulations to everyone!!!

Matt Elam - First INT & way to back up your talk!

O Line - some breakdowns, still not great running lanes but did great in pass pro mostly against a good rushing team

Jimmy Smith - omg. fantastic game! way to back up your team mate's talk!

Joe Flacco - sustained drives with his legs if necessary, made the throws to get us into FG range, and is one tough dude!

Basically, I'm alright with this game except for our red zone issues. Does anyone know what happened to Pitta? Seemed like he wasn't in for long stretches.

Bring on the Patsies!

As much as I love Tucker and am thrilled that he made that kick.....

What in god's name were we thinking on that series? How are you going to bank on a 61 yard field goal when you don't necessarily have to? What the heck man?

????????????????????? What??????????????????????????

It was fourth and 8!

Won't say anything negative about our redzone offense or 4th Q defense yet...

Too big of a W and too proud of this team for finding a way

I said it earlier; my finger nails are so short right now! Lol

Good freaking job regardless, Tucker, Elam, Flacco, Jimmy Smith, Jacoby. And that other guy who had an INT.

Yea, three straight games this team has driven us fans to the brink.  I thought the playoff run was tough to handle.  But Steelers, Vikings, Lions.  Geesh  way to keep us in a frenzy Ravens.

Who is Justin Fauria and why can he make plays our receivers can't?

Actually I know who he is and I wanted us to draft him late. Still...

Jacoby deserves some credit too. He stepped up big time in the passing game and on kickoffs.

Dude was catching passes like crazy!

That guy has a knack for the endzone this year.  I think the majority of his catches are TDs this year.

But yea, I'm jealous when I see amazing catches or guys wide open.

Yeah I really hope they can find a way to re-sign him. We have a lot of people ahead of him in priority though.

Yep. 12 catches, 7 for TD. The guy is a monster. Great red zone target. Would have rather had him than Marc Anthony lol.
