Whoa, did you flood the Silverdome for this?

We're speaking the same language, lol. Took 7500 garden hoses but it got the job done. Now our Ravens just need to follow suit........

Figured with all the new fans that we needed to expand.

I thought we were doing the "moving to a warmer climate" thingy mac bob, but I must say I like the pic a lot

Let's smash them where it hurts most and everywhere else for that matter

The Lions have dubbed this a playoff game for them and that's just perfect for our guys. We might have our struggles on the road in the regular season, but come playoff time we are true road warriors. So I hope that Doom is ampped up and ready to rock because our guys love creating those moment where as Ray said....You could hear a rat piss on cotton.

Matt Stafford much like Ryan and Romo is one of those guys I just don't trust in pressure packed situations and this game is just that. We we have a chance to get a fumble or int off him we have to take full advantage because the opportunities will come.

I also love the fact that nobody seems to be giving us a chance to win this game and we definitely respond to those odds. I've seen tweets and comments from Calvin and Nate suggesting that Elam made a huge mistake and how they'll prove a point on MNF. But you gotta love Jimmy Smith's response. "If they're gonna take that and say oh it's poster board material and now we'll play even harder....they don't have the right mentality coming into this game anyway".

I love it, the words don't matter, just play ball.

Everyone's worried about Calvin and Elam and I'm like dude! their DL vs our OL! Helloooooo!

I've been thinking the same thing.  I don't see Shipley and Gino holding up well against Suh and Fairley.

Question, do the Lions blitz often? If they blitz a lot, I'll be worried. If they don't, I think our interior holds up strong.

Edit: Gino and Shipley have held their own against four man rushes lately. Shipley said in the presser today that Suh will likely be on Yanda most of the day, probably playing the three. That would leave Fairley playing the one between Shipley and Gino. I think Yanda can take care of Suh one on one, and Gino and Shipley should be able to neutralize Fairley if he's doubled. As long as they don't blitz or play a lot of under fronts, we'll be okay. If they play some under fronts, we'll see Fairley playing the three over top Shipley with Suh in between Gino and Yanda. That's the way to beat us. Isolate Shipley with Fairley where he can't get help.

They really don't blitz very often.  But since they have a extremely effective 4-3 D-line, they really don't have to.  Even if our O-line has done well with four man rushes in recent weeks, this will be a much more steeper test.

If they stick with four man rushes, we'll have at least one of them doubled. The way to beat us is really simple. Blitz the A and B gaps on the left side. I'd question their DC if he didn't do that.

I feel like this is going to be a stressful game… :(

When was our last game that wasn't stressful?

So it looks like those guys will be down 2 of their top CBs and the guys who will be filling in are pretty inexperienced. This is good news for the Ravens passing game who is all together again and playing in prefect conditions. I'm coming out attacking that secondary early and just hoping I can get enough of a run game going to keep that front for honest.

The plan should be no different then it was against the Steelers both game and what it's been the last 3-4 games. Put the ball in Joe's hands. Come out in shotgun, spread the field and let Joe go to work. That defense allows like a 103.3 passer rating on deep throws and have given up the 2nd most 20+ yard plays in the league. We've given up the most.

I''m taking shot after shot after shot down field in this game. I'm forcing those guys to back up and fear the speed of Torrey and Jacoby, then killing them with Pitta, Brown and Rice underneath it. I'm looking to score every time we touch the ball and hope the defense can force Stafford into a turnover or 2.

Can't believe I have to hope both the Steelers and Patriots win today...

I feel you. I could care less about the Pats. I generally only get worked up when teams let them off the hook late in games or they get favorable calls like last week.

But that Steelers game, i'll be actually rooting for those guys to win tonight. I might have to drink just to make it through that game. Each time they do something good i'm excited, it just won't feel right.

Can you imagine the steelers having the ball last with a chance to win and your saying to yourself....Com'on Ben, do what you do.  ugh i'm gonna really hate this night.

Best case scenario, the Steelers win by just playing okay, while Dalton and the Bengals beat themselves.
