Week 15 Discussion (Other Games)

These Broncos fans are annoying in the post game show. Cheering "Let's Go Broncos" after a loss means nothing. Especially since the loss means losing the number one seed if the Patriots win on Sunday.

Something like that would only make sense if your team lost a playoff game in a year where you weren't expected to do much anyways

I just need the Ravens to win outright. Stranger things have happened (last Sunday's game) Look at the browns they came close to beating the patriots and they beat us which I'm still IRKED about. That should have been a W.

So Philip Rivers becomes the second quarterback to beat the Manning Brothers in back to back weeks... and somehow despite being a bust, Vince Young can at least say he was the first to beat the Mannings in back to back weeks.

I'm in one of those weird countries that uses Celsius. I take it that's not enough for Playoff Peyton to show up?

It's technically 'freezing', but I'd say it's borderline.  And I envy you, the Metric system makes way more sense than our foolish English units.

Broncos lost on purpose. They don't want to give Baltimore any help making the playoffs. They skeered lol

They also don't want the henne led jags in the playoffs for that would spell DOOM for even the mightiest of foes

If the Ravens meet the Broncos again all the pressure will be on the Broncos to not choke. I hope the Ravens get that far and beat them again when it really matters. Playoff victories over teams are worth 5 regular season head to head matches IMO.

I knew not to trust Eric Decker. I said don't tinker and just leave Riley Cooper in, but noooooooo. Damn it! Eric Deckers a scrub and Peyton getting bounced first round, ol angel hair arm he has. I hope the Broncos NEVER win a SB with Horse Teef as GM and Frankehead at qb.

Hahaha - I read the post you quoted without even reading your addition, and thought the exact same thing.  God the Steelers fans drive me crazy, but if the shoe were on the other foot, I'd be hard pressed not to agree with them.

It's true though, nobody cares about a regular season record when that same team keeps knocking you out of the playoffs lol.

It is. I'm mad we haven't had a chance to play the Steelers though in another playoff game since 2010. Feel the outcome would be different if would have played them in recent years.

Problem is KC has nothing to play for at this point.

How's that?  If they win this week they'll be tied with the Broncos @ 11-3.  They win out, and hope for a Broncos slip-up and the Cheifs win the division.

Now the chances of the Broncos losing one of their final two games is slim.  But that shouldn't stop the Chiefs from trying their best to take care of their business.  They know anything can happen, Manning could take a massive hit from Watt, etc.

Let us hope KC beats SD to keep them off BAL's tail.

That's what we thought last time and SD beat them.

4 people stabbed outside of the stadium? I present Exhibit B to AP on what real horrible fans are(Exhibit A was the Eagles beat down of the Lions fan), Broncos fans.

Are the Chargers the team of destiny?

Well they did play the Eagles in their home opener. Though as pointed out, they don't have the tiebreaker over us or Miami so it will be tough for them to get in if they end up tied with us or Miami.

and they have the worst conference record too....

What I worry is Miami cuz they are at least half game behind us....

Last year would of been perfect to beat the Steelers, Denver then NE while winning the SB. Knocking the Colts out was not bad though.

Thompkins and Dobson are both out against the Dolphins apparently.  Who's left to catch balls for the Pats?

I'd get annoyed about how banged-up their offence is, but we'll be facing it next week anyway.

Looking like we might have to get close to winning out though.

So MIA doesn't have to worry about them, but BAL does?  Ugh...

Like I said, if we can beat Detroit we have a really good chance of doing it.  Once New England lost Gronk their offense became pedestrian again IMO.
