I doubt it. Remember, as lame as Mattinson's defense was, he was never fired and it took five long years (okay, the first year was pretty exciting) for Cam to leave.

 

It's not as though the defense is ranked near the bottom of the year so I'd give Pees another season to at least, but that's just me.

We definitely need a real OC. Let Caldwell go back coaching the QB's. Maybe give Kubiak a look? Receivers will get better in time but a leader is needed. Torrey should be but he is struggling himself.

If we want Joe Flacco to be a Pro Bowl caliber performer (which no doubt he can be) he needs major upgrades at WR and OL
