No Harbaugh is fine, Caldwell could be upgraded, but overall I think it is our personnel the majority of our WRs are developmental/projects late round or undrafted players we need some real talent.

And yes run blocking was non existent this season

We definitely need a real OC. Let Caldwell go back coaching the QB's. Maybe give Kubiak a look? Receivers will get better in time but a leader is needed. Torrey should be but he is struggling himself.
