Remember, you're the ones playing catch up.
And you are the ones looking over your shoulder with that worried look it your eye... kinda' like prison. This time around, you're not escaping.

No, I would fall under the parental transplant. Born in the Burgh. Parents moved here to teach at the Naval Acadamy. I loved the Steelers even though I went to school with all the Colts fans, then watched those fans go through a interesting transisiton of becoming Steeler fans and then Ravens fans. Yet I stayed true blue or should I say true black and gold. It's a family tradition. Same as if you moved to Cleveland. Would you become a Browns fan (No pun intended) or would you still cheer the Ravens? As for bandwagon, not even close. I stuck with them through the 80s, 90s, superbowl loss and will always stick by them. Thats simply what fans do. I have a lot of years and a lot of family history behind the Steelers. If the Ravens stay around Baltimore long enough you and your family will get to experience that same thing. A wonderfull thing it is, regardless of your team.

I'm trying to care about your life story, but it's not working.

No escape for the Steelers this time. I guess you can add that to your list of things you "stuck with them" through.

So then you come onto our board and trash talk us. See, the interesting thing about Steeler fans is that they will hardly EVER dish our respect. When they lose, they have a million excuses. When they win, but should have lost, they run their mouths like they completely dominated. And when they win fair and square, they incessantly run their mouths. You will hear many Ravens fans say they respect the Steelers D, and they respect their history. Yet Steeler fans in general will simply, out of ignorance of the actual event, talk trash about Ray Lewis's murder trial, or say how our D sucks, etc. Why don't you go talk football with your fellow Steeler fans instead of trolling on our board.

Never once bad mouthed Ray. He's the man. Would take him in a heartbeat, along with Reed and Heap. But more importantly, Ray does more for some of the younger players in the NFL then a heck of a lot of vets. I bet the majority of players in the NFL have Ray's number and know to call him for any reason. Thats awesome!!

Ok, so now that we've established twice I don't care about your life story...

There's a reckoning on the horizon and you're coming out on the bad end of this battle. This early on the week I'll leave the silly predictions to the smack talkers from other teams. Suffice it to say, I think your team is in for a rude awakening.

let me remind you of THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love how the STEELERS think they are intimadating... lol

we've knocked out at least player in EVERY game we've played this season, yea. I'd be alittle bit intimidated. but im not expecting the steelers to be "scared" of us.
Thanks for that link. That QB sack should go down in history as one of the best ever! The wallpaper on my cell phone is a pic of Scott on top of Ben. Hope the Mas Linebacker does it again this sunday. I'll be wearing his jersey.

I WORK at Timeout.. sad to say you DEF. DO NOT RUN IT!!!!

Thats bull that you "own" westminster lol the greene turtle is fully RAVENS fans. If you noticed when the ravens come to town main street is covered with Ravens signs EVERYWHERE. If steelers "own" westminster then why does our college have RAVENSTOWN signs everywhere.

I agree. this thread needs to be locked. Steelers fans are not making any valid points. Just being jerks like always.

I understand why you hate Ray Lewis- it's because he isn't on your team. You wish you had a linebacker of his caliber on your team, which you don't, and don't even try to argue how Farrior, Foote, Woodley, or Harrison is better. That's foolish. Second, you are going to complain about Suggs when you all used to love Joey Porter? Walking contradiction, are we?
Oh - I totally agree with you on Harrison.

The Rooney's were complete hypocrites when they cut Ced Wilson, a marginal 3rd (or 4th) WR when he had a domestic abuse incident and looked the other way on Harrisons.

But none of that makes Lewis any less of a thug, my dear.

Harrison doesn't get in front of a camera and brag about injuring a player for the year nor does he talk about "bounties" and trying to take specific players out.

Total garbage that has no place in the NFL, it destroys the integrity of the game. Lewis and Suggs should be in the WWF.
You say this and yet Hines Ward is the one CONSTANTLY getting in trouble for trash-talking on AND off the feild.
Right - he was on his way to church when he was kidnapped and dragged to a crime scene.

Don't make me laugh.

And you're right about one thing at least - Porter ran his mouth off, but show me where he bragged about putting a player in IR for the year or putting a "bounty" on someone.

Big difference there, scooter.
Yinz Stiller fans are pretty moronic- even that Here we go Steelers Here we Go song has to be at a very gentle, slow pace so all of you can remember the words easily. But come on- Porter ran his mouth about everything under the sun. He bragged about hurting Todd Heap more than he already was in 2003. Nice try though. Yinz come back now, scooter.

I don't recall Ray ever bragging about injuring your rookie RB, he was simply stating that when you hit someone you can sometimes feel when something happens and after making contact he knew that he wasn't going to be getting up, just like when you trip and feel something pop in your body, if someone was hitting you when that pop happened they would know that something wasn't right.
