Quote option for post

I have noticed that recently when you quote a post it sometimes doesn't allow you to do that  and if you do quote a post and have to edit ie a typo etc ...the post becomes a mixed up mess. I started using chrome recently and its better but it is still happening I see other posters saying the same thing "the quote button is not working". Never had a problem at all  til this week but I know others are having it too . thanks in advance for your help .

I've noticed the same thing, thought it was just me.  I turn off "BBCode Mode" (the switch in the top left of your post options) and it works.

Who else is having issues? Need Browser and OS and I will email the developers. I've had some goofy issues but I'm running Mercury on my iPad, and its not just this site so I will say its me lol

I run windows 7 and have had the inability to quote but it seems to come and go . two other posters feartheflock and 01/28/01 posted that they could not quote either not sure if it is related or not

Ok left this up all day no new complaints so I sent a ticket to the developers and we shall see what happens. I also provided a link to this thread if anyone else wants to add to the not being able to quote discussion.

Hi, I was sent here by runamuk because my quoting button doesn't work. It just started working again on Chrome but I don't know if it will last, as it hasn't been working on there for a while. Though it still doesn't work when I use Internet Explorer. I have windows 7 btw.

. Again? Smh lol not at you, someone else was having and issue and Admin 3 checked it out-- I will let him know. There has to be a gremlin some where. Try logging out and clearing your cache and logging back in and see if that helps
