Detroit offense scares me

I reckon we need to look at what the Steelers did to shut down Megatron. Take him out and that's 90% of their offence.

How do they justify offensive holding offsetting a personal foul like late hit out of bounds?

I was wondering the same thing.

nothing should offset personal foul except another personal foul, it's a separate level of penalty.

Front four does as well. Lol

I don't think anyone could blame you after today. Our line could be in trouble....

Come home from work and see that the Packers are who we thought they would be without Rodgers. Like Peyton Manning killed the Colts, Rodgers' injury is killing the Packers.

Seems like Ted Thompson learned well from Irsay, build your team around one player and negate the rest of your team.

Tbf, the Packers have no-one else available less becaue of Rodgers having a huge contract and more because someone else got hurt in the time it took me to write this post.

Yet no one mentions that but everyone bashes Joe's contract. Talk about a double standard.

I gotta say, I am thankful that the Ravens don't play in the NFC. If I had to listen to Joe Buck every week, I'd probably follow the games on the radio.

People claim GBs weapons are so strong so why can't they carry the team?  I'm not here to start another Flacco thread tho.  The defense handled their job kind of.  The Packers D scored more than Flynn and got him the ball back a few times.  The offense was the direct cause of at least 9 points.  Rodgers I'd say is also more deserving of his contract.  Regardless did you see how bad the offense was?  3rd quarter I dont think they even had a 100 yards.  Detroits D had a good game as well.  You'd never think the Lions turned the ball over 4 times.

@Free Agent, Joe Buck is Bucking terrible.

Ngata was good in 11, I don't know they made him put weight on.

the Lions looked great!  they put up a 40 burger on the packers.  the 1st home team wins.  let's see IF this will be the "theme" for the entire day!  Cowboys vs. Raiders are up next!

blah this next game's gonna be a bore

I'm thinking it could be a bit of an offensive slugfest, with all the weapons Dallas has and their injuries on defence.

I pick Detroit and stafford looks like this crap

He's one of the most overrated players in the league. He puts up huge numbers because of their offense, but his mental ability at the game is virtually nonexistent. He's always changing his release point unnecessarily, his mechanics are atrocious, and he's a horrible decision maker who really does get bailed out all the time by Megatron.
