Staying warm for T-Day game

Hi all!

 

I was at yesterdays Jets game and asked a security guard on my way out if I could bring a sleeping bag with me for the Thanksgiving game. She said yes, just drape it over my arm so that they can search it. 

Can I trust her to be correct? In light of the new NFL bag policy, I don't want a hassle and I park too far from the stadium to be able to return it to my car.

As long as it unzips all the way to lay flat like a blanket, you're okay. No pockets or stuff like that, though, where you can hide things.

Bring some hand-warmers, too. May not be much but can keep some feeling in your fingers, under your gloves.

They are so "much". They're essential. Bring lots of them. They're great stuck in your pants pockets, too. Toe warmers are also great and work well in boots. Don't try them in sneakers.

Oh, I have hand warmers, boot warmers (shoving one in each back pocket too) ski pants, neck warmers, head warmer and hat(s), glove liners, gloves and mittens. As well as MANY cold weather layers. My goal is to be comfortable so that I can enjoy the game!!!

Thanks, I'll keep it unzipped. It's rated zero, so I should be able to stay pretty warm in it!
