I'm not sure how I feel about the Wildcat packages. I think in small doses it can be effective.

def done it to much at the start of second half.

I have no complaints: Flacco had time to throw, the receiving game heated up as a result, Jones made a clutch play against Reed, the defense was inhuman and Tucker was lethal in between the uprights!  Can't wait to rub this into to any Jets fans I might tomorrow.

Harbs was probably miffed with Rex doing it, so he thought yeah I'll see you and double it lol

Here's the answer:

Harbaugh said Flacco's INT came as a result of a route that wasn't run correctly by Marlon Brown

Tsk tsk...
Marlon is so raw, but so much potential

yeah B!  Tyrod played alright!  he needs a few more touches like that to really get in a rhythm for the offense coming off that bench.  lol!  he had a low throw to Dickson and I hated the read option "keeper" choice he made for a loss because then Joe had to come back in and deal with 3rd&12.  but he does bring another element to the offense that other teams aren't use to the Ravens implementing.

Exactly the way I feel here.  Good post.  Joe needs to run a route if nothing else it runs a DB out of the play. If the DB isn't honest then they make them pay later. Either way Joe needs to do what the coaches ask of him. Standing around as a bystander when the play is being run is not being fair to teammates.

Flacco's lucky I'm not the coach because he would have sat for a series for lack of hustle.

Easy, I root for the colors fella.

I have no real favorite players and judge them all without emotional attachment to a number.

Once again wasted trips to the red zone and Justin Tucker to the rescue.....This should have been easily 30-3.

It's a short week, and we established it as a legitimate part of our running offense, so Pitt is forced to prepare for it. I'm all for shopping Tyrod as well.

What part of 2.2 YPC do you not understand. We have no running game.

There was no point for Flacco to do anything. The only reason he was on the field is because there's a potential that he could run back under center, so the Jets had to keep a certain personnel out there.

That's a laugh. I've not seen you judge one player other than Flacco.

Odds are he was not supposed to run a route if they brought a guy up to cover him. That's how you send your QB straight to IR.

There's no point for Joe running there.  It was a run play and the play wasn't to his side and if he runs downfield he's liable to get his clock cleaned by someone during a run play.

Unnecessary contact on Flacco is exactly that, unnecessary.

What if by showing Joe all disinterested out wide this week, we have Joe take a few steps back, take a lateral, and bomb it down the field next week?

Hope not. I'd rather him be under center or off the field.

This!Even my coworker, whos a Falcons fan was wondering why with Smith,Jones,Thompson and even Doss, why we didn't air it out deep more this season

Because you have to have at least a somewhat competent O line in order for those plays to have time to develop. They've only been improving the last 2 games.

Would I be crossing the line if I gave my opinion as to why I believe a certain poster likes qb liked tyrod, vick, troy Smith et all and not joe flacco?

Just something ive noticed over the years.

brown ran the wrong route by the looks of things. He was better than his stat line indicated, did you see how windy it was?

I was there at field level, trust me wind was NOT a factor....

How true , Excellent point.  We do need more production in the "Red Zone"

I know many Fans do not want to hear this but, this whole receiving core needs to learn how to get better separation.

Until they learn that there will be less completions down field, We only had one receiver who could catch passes in traffic. He plays for the 49'rs now...

not a factor? You must have fell asleep. There was at least twice tucker couldnt even kick the ball from a kick off to the 20 yard line into the wind.

True but that doesn't stop us from trying to run everygame even though we know the runs are going nowhere.

i think he was referring to just that one throw with the int, the wind wasn't a factor in there, just an off throw after a bad route - joe was starring at that side before the snap

he said joe played worse than his stat line, referring to the whole game. The wind was there all game
