Wouldn't be surprised if it was an anxiety attack, actually. Anxiety attacks share the same symptoms of heart attacks and strokes, and they can result in fainting. With how the season has gone and the stress I'm sure Ozzie has felt, that could be it. I'm no medical professional though.
