Ray rice= big day

Quote it

Not likely

Soldier Field is wet.

Remember "Tear Away" Jerseys in the old collegiate days?  Soldier Field has "Tear Away" Turf. It is the worst natural surface in the league. It's as if they water it with salt water. They may. Ray Rice is going to slip and stumble so often the hue and cry will be for immediate retirement. But, it will not be Ray Rice.

I like the Ravens marginally. Haloti is out and that hurts.  But the key factor here is the wind is going to be severe and Joe can throw a boring ball.  Believe Marlon Brown is also out, so there goes the Boldin Alley Oop!  They haven't perfected it together anyway.

Its gonna be a close game. I'm picking the Ravens but don't believe a win in the total circumstances is going to be very convincing.  On the other hand, a loss will be the sound of nails hamming into the coffin lid.

He sure did a number on this team this season.

Lmao

Hey I'm for anything that gives us positive yardage in the running game. If the nasty old wind happens to jolt Rice a few yards, there is nothing in the rule book to say it doesn't count! lol

Cutler out, with McCown in I expect a heavy dose of Matt Forte. I think we'll have to shut down the run in order to win this game. We caught a huge break with Cutler out.

Post of the Day!

Now if only it could pick up Flacco's 6'6 frame when it seems Peppers is about to sack him.

I love it!  RR could really increase his yardage today with help from wild winds.

Can we become a .500 team today?

First 3 offensive plays today will be?

Sadly, I believe it will Rice up the gut, Pierce up the gut, 3rd and long.

I hope I'm wrong.

No way we alternate RBs on the first drive.

I would be happy to see Tyrod running the ball in this game.

Anything would be an improvement at this point

It wouldn't surprise me to see it at all.

I'm hoping we don't open with running up the gut. I know the Bears are known for giving up the ground in the run game. I know the weather is nasty. Not saying we should pitch the ball down the field but like to see us come out with a crossing route and get some nice 1st down yardage.

edit: shannon abandoned us too

I can't believe Coach Cowher takes the Ravens to win almost every week.  I really do enjoy this guy on NFL today after disliking him for years as the Steelers' coach.
