The craziest thing about the Falcons miserable season is you can't just point at the roster and say what's wrong. On paper, their offense should be unstoppable, and their defense should be adequate enough to let them win games.

Looks a little better in Chicago, at least for the moment. The first shot they had after they announced the delay and switch games, I haven't seen rain like that since Hurricane Irene.

 

Now shooting for 2:30 eastern, could be as late as 3:15 eastern.
