If our run game output would magically increase by 50% and the O-line pass blocked just a little better, I think we would be serious playoffs contenders. We do have enough talent to get er done. Today vs the Bears would be a fantastic time to kick it off. The Bengals remaining schedule is somewhat tough, so that helps.

Next week the Raiders and the Titans duke it out, the Browns and Steelers face each other, while San Diego and Miami have the Chiefs and Panthers respectively.

In two weeks, we have the Steelers and the Jets face the Dolphins. The Colts should do us a favour against the Titans and hopefully the Chargers do us a solid and peg the Bengals back one.

This isn't even close to over, and may not be in two weeks time.

We still have a shot.

Even with the devastating loss, we looked good prior to the delay. Didn't look too bad (other than the Pick 6, ugh) until the half. Even then we were able to sustain some drives even though we didn't score.

I guess if you think about it, this is the best the entire team has looked at one time all season.

Still think the 1st half vs Denver was the best this team has looked all year. For about an hour and 15 minutes of the season, thought we were repeat-bound.

The conference is weak enough to give us a shot.  Once again, all the wildcard contenders lost, aside from the game in which two of them played.  I see 9-7 being in the playoffs for sure, and it is still possible that an 8-8 team makes it.  This alone will keep us in it until the end.  Unfortunately, if we do miss the postseason it could also lead to a less than stellar draft pick.  Bottom line is, we need to win all 4 games we have left at home, and then we will likely be in a win-or-go-home game in Cincy to finish the year.  The treat this year, if you want to still be optimistic and have fun watching our team, is that the playoffs have started about two months early for us.

it was poetry in motion,,our offense ,defense and special team played great football ,,,then the bottom fell out and it seems like we still have not recovered,,,,

I said it before and I'll say it again, 9-7 will most definitely get the 6th seed and as things stand the 8-8 record might do it too

They have to win all four remaining games at home just to get to 8-8 because they certainly can't get it done away from home.

In 2 or 3 weeks, i think the picture will be clear too many teams in the hunt are playing each other. Hopefully we can win the next three at home and be in a position to battle for that last wild card spot. Or who knows, maybe the Bungals will tank..it's a possibility.

We are in 11th place in the AFC.

BAL can leap to 7th or tie for it next week, depending on the outcome of the other WC hunt games, most particularly the PIT-CLE game.

I've done the ESPN playoff predictor and we finish 8-8 and make the playoffs beating the Jets, Vikings, Steelers and Patriots therefore losing to the Lions and Bengals. Keep the faith.

Thank you. Seriously.

I just wish that some of us could act like we've been here before because we pretty much are here every year. Have we ever had the easy road?

I wish that we would just stop beating up Ngata, Rice, Flacco and the O line in general long enough to show some support and faith in our Team.

We're falling short in these games and it is crap but outside of that fist game in Denver, we are in all of these games. Every single one of them despite the fact that we are not playing up to our potential.

We can do this. Have some faith.

Let's go Ravens.

Let's get hot at the right time.
