Do they hear us or not?

Listening to the fans is something that should rarely cross the minds of any FO. I love this team but some of the fans are just...

A whole lot of inflated egos going on around here... It's the same reason our bosses don't always listen to disgruntled employees, cause they can be emotional and don't always see the big picture.

I'm darn sure not qualified to tell Ozzie what he should be doing.

If Harbs wants to stay here longer than his contract, he needs to change his BFF approach and starts to listen to his staffs and players, not his BFF.

I don't think it's that bad to fire Harbs; he has another year or so to prove he is the real deal after Ray and Reed left.  However, his BFF Castillo needs to go...

Honestly, I rarely listen to Harbs' press conference cuz he presents too much of "politician" speech....

Well, if Harbs takes his press conference personality and deal with his best friend, then we don't have to rage on the firing Cam or Castillo campaign......

It's obvious that fans, the media and even other teams see the issues and problems going on. We grumble and boo and post comments here. But do you think that the organization hears our frustrations? With the team issues, with Harbaugh's bff Juan and the need for him to go, with how unhappy fans are? Or do they turn a blind eye and ear to all that? I don't know. I think if they did then something would have happened by now.

HarBooo is way to Prideful to fire his BFF. Who suffers? Us Fans that pay his salary. He should listen, if he wants to stay in B-more, because Bishotti won't let this last long IMHO.

Yeah, we fans are suffering an awful freaking lot right now. One potential losing season after five playoff seasons and a SB win. God forbid we have one losing season after five winning seasons.

We fans are spoiled brats.

I am not saying they should listen to us as far as our suggestions or anything like that ( other than fire Juan). I am saying I would like to think that they know how unhappy their fans are and that we won't put up with mediocrity. They don't pad my pockets, I pad their's. I hope I am not the only one who wants my money's worth.

With all due respect Just wondering where, I can get a loser shirt? I don't know about you, but I play sports, and I don't ever like to lose. It happen though, that is just life. Here is the thing, if you don't at least try and fix the reason why you lost or losing, then your non caring and probably not that good of a team or an athlete. Harbs problem is he won't change the O-line scheme back to the power run. That is why we are losing. Every week we all see the problem, but Harbs refuses to fix it. That is why a lot of fans are upset, including myself. And to say that Harbs took us to the playoffs and won a Super Bowl by himself is untrue. This has been #52's team since 1996, and it always will be. When Harbaugh proves to me that he can win on a consistent basis with out #52, then, I will give him his due credit. First things first, he needs to either fire Castillo or demand The O-line Scheme be changed back to the Power run! Have a nice day friend.

Harbs did make changes. There were actually significant changes to the blocking schemes; most people just can't tell the difference because most people don't know diddly poo about oline. We used considerably more power plays yesterday. They just didn't work. Simple as that.

And no, that's not the only reason we're losing. That's foolish to say that. Even on the power plays we run, we can't move anybody.

I watched the whole game, and I have to disagree with you. We didn't even run that much, but when we did, it was 95%  Zone, not Power Run. Even The announcer was pointing out, that we were having problems because we were still using the Zone Running scheme. Our Line is made to bully people not wall defenders off. If we would have went Power run the whole game, I believe we would have walked away Winners.

Yeah, no. We used about a 50/50 balance of zone and power and we struggled with both.

We will have to agree to disagree. But why do that? if your good at something then you do it 100%. Sounds to me like Harbs compromised with Castillo that they would do things have his way, Guess what, that still cost us a loss.

Yeah, the blocking scheme is why we lost. Not the sacks, the picks, the missed tackles, or anything. Just the scheme.

Also, every good team in the NFL uses a blend of both schemes. Fact. Moreover, we aren't good at either right now.

If we could run the ball we could burn clock score more points and keep the Defense off the field. Do you know what the best defense in the NFL is? Your offense!

Lol, you're a funny fella

No. You're the funny fella! In one post,  you criticize the fans for complaining about the coach and GM and in the next post you criticize Harbaugh for not doing his job. Make up your mind.

I think you're misguided. I don't remember making any anti-Harbaugh posts, and if I did, I tried to make sure it was blatantly sarcastic. Either way, I'm as pro-Harbaugh as it gets and I think I do a good job of making that painfully obvious.

I believe we are witnessing the beginning of the end of the Harbaugh era in Bmore. IMO I believe we are witnessing an ont the field mutiny of the coaching staff. Before you neg me, watch the film.

Who on the field is giving 110%?

The real question is, are the players Hearing Harbaugh, or is it falling on deaf ears? There are guys who just are not having fun playing football on this team anymore. Not buyung into the message, the cracks have become craters now.

As to the question, do they hear the reactions? Yes. Do they listen and react? No.

OK, then! If I'm misguided, lead me. Coach Harbaugh recently verbalized that "the real Ravens fans would stand behind the team thru tough times." If I remember correctly, there were Saints fans who wore paper bags to their home games. According to Harbaugh's definition of real, I guess those Aints fans were not "real" fans. They must have been imaginary. In any case, the Saints owner listened to them and turned that franchise around. You can't say the same thing about Coach Harbaugh. He hasn't turned this team around. Or has he?

PS - I must have missed your sarcasm but sarcasm is anger's first cousin anyway. If you're afraid of speaking out about our head coach, I understand. All it succeeds in doing is getting you off the team. Speaking of sarcasm, I wonder what Donald Trump would say to John Harbaugh after our recent losses. Would it be, "You're fired!"

No they don't listen to the fans in fact he stated in his presser today he hadn't heard what folks are saying about the blocking scheme. and he also stated its player execuetion and eventually they will adjust get used to it  they r not changing it .

Yes Billick did say if you listen to fans you wind up sitting with them  true enough . You have losing seasons and fans stop coming

Hell yes he has. He fixed the team that Billick ruined and led the team to five playoff appearances. Get real.

I'm not afraid of speaking against the HC. I just don't speak out against people who aren't the problem.

Harbs jumped on the train that Lewis and others had taken control over already. And he has now gotten credit for the whole era. Heck , his best decision turned out to be Camoron at this point.

Bottom line = coaching.

Why aren't we winning this year? Bad coaching errors. (Packer game). Lame game plans.( run on every first down).

Can we change it up? How about something that will actually work? When the run does not work,as in every game this year, how about a little screen pass or SOMETHING else.

Our problem with Cameron was that he was inflexible. What is happening at the halftime when we are losing? Does Harbs go into the locker room and  rip them?

We are way too complacent and must roll with the way the game is going. Meaning, if we aren't winning, make changes to WIN!

Love my team, but it is hard to watch such a poor performance this year.

Is that why he turned the 5-11 2007 team into an 11-5 playoff contender? Is that why the team was up and down and largely inconsistent under Billick?

Yeah, okay.

I'm about to get slammed here but yesterday I thought Joe was starting to do very well in the last half. the defense failed and the secondary can't stop my grandmother with her walker , (best analogy I have). JImmy has been playing well everyone else not so much .
