I've wondered whether Joe and the offense is warming up properly or needs to add to the warm-up routine.  If the pass is going to help set up the run then they must avoid flat 1st and 2nd quarters that has become the trend.

I agree but as I watch the last 2 games, it seems they don't really put the ball in Joe's hands until we've already fallen behind 2 scores. We still keep on with the running on first down sometimes still followed by the same on 2nd down, though clearly not as much as was the case early in the season.

At this point, they just need to let Joe have the reins. The run game is not going to get any better unless we can establish the pass game early on. It will force defenses to respect the pass and open up lanes for the run game. Now...the only issue is we will need to get better at quick screens and the quick slant to get the ball out of Joe's hands faster since our O line can't block a snowflake. If you can move the chains and complete just one or two deep throws, it will help a great deal though.

The injuries are accumulating to the Bengals (particularly the defense). Hall, Atkins, Mauluga, Whitworth, Gio Bernard (maybe).

I'm a big Bengals fan. But, I think the Ravens will probably beat them. And, the defensive injuries keep the Bengals struggling the rest of the way. I hope not.
But, I believe this division is still up for grabs for you guys.

Appreciate the sentiment, but I think we both know this Ravens team this year is more bark than bite. We'll find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in a close game. That's our MO this year.

Ravens should look into picking up Incognito from dolphins if there is cap space.  Our o line needs some help.  I don't care if he might be a big bully who throws around the n bomb.  This is football and I am sure there are plenty of jerks out there and if they are good I want them on the ravens to win football games and that's it.

Since the video isn't working

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought.Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. Finally someone who makes sense .I get that we need to run the ball. Other teams win by throwing the ball and running off that . it could work for us too . From start to finish let Joe do his thing.

Agree....we need to play this season for the coming seasons. Draft high. Draft well, (no safeties under 5 9).

We haven't had a high draft in some time. Candidly I don't trust Ozzie with that draft. Let's get new blood in to make those decisions.

Minus Boller, have we tanked with anyone we have drafted in the top 15?

Ozzie is usually golden picking in the top 15

Cincinatti has definitely shown weaknesses in their game over the last couple of weeks.  Particularly with Dalton cooling off (despite the drubbing they gave the Jets), the Ravens can knock off the Bengals at home, especially if they start playing like they want to be dominant.

We have not seen that fire from them at all this season.

We can only afford to lose 2 more games in all honestly. This one we defiantly can't lose.

However I think we lose this one by 3 again. Flacco running around again. Same old Same old.

Aside from Denver every single game has been the same, slow start, fast finish decided by a few points. We are left wondering what would of happen if we had just scored 1 TD In the previous 2 Qtrs. I hope they win though

The Bengals defensive injuries don't matter, it doesn't seem to matter what defense that we play against to be honest

All the worries can wash away if we beat the Bengals this week.

Absolutely true. We'd still need an amazing run for the 2nd half but it all starts with this game on Sunday.

Time to man-up and do what we do.

Can anyone explain the smiles of the Ravens PERSONNEL? What do they have to SMILE ABOUT?

NFL Power Rankings: Week 9

Pasted from Xfinity Sports

23. Baltimore Ravens (3-5, Previous 18)

The Ravens always beat the Browns. Always. Except for now. The reigning Super Bowl champs failed in all three phases as they dropped their third straight game on Sunday, losing to the Browns for the first time since 2007. How bad was it? Let’s put it this way: Joe Flacco was Baltimore’s leading rusher. Will the Ravens be able to bounce back to Super Bowl form? Nevermore. (Getty Photo)

http://xfinity.comcast.net/slideshow/sports-NFLRankingsWeek9/11/

As a season ticket holder, I am ashamed, frustrated, and ANGRY – that the Would Champs can not put a team on the field that can work together and execute the game plan. Is there a game plan? Is the game plan being shared with the players? SOMETHING IS WRONG – It is not one thing – it is the TEAM Top to bottom. This is a TEAM SPORT – CREATE A TEAM, and I think you can put one, two three in the win column.

Keep going this way and ALL THE RAVENS will be watching the PLAYOFFS on TV.

I'm not optimistic but I will watch every single game even if we never win another this year . I wouldn't be mad if they killed it from now to the superbowl.
