What's ridiculous about it? The point was an argument can be made that Westbrook could be just as valuable to his team as KD. They clearly aren't the same without him, which makes sense because Westbrook is one of the best players in the NBA. He just doesn't have the same star power and media love that KD gets.

Just about everything is ridiculous. KD is the second best player in the league. RW is a very good player, an all-star. I'm not disputing that. But imo, he has ways to go before he's a superstar. He's Steve Francis pt. II. Cut down on turnovers, work on your jumpshot and stop with horrible shot selection he is prone to do then maybe we can call him a superstar. Saying that he is as valuable as the second best player in the league is ridiculous. You are arguing that the team is not the same without him. Duh. He's a very good player, of course they are not the same team without him. I'll just let you go on now. I don't have any interest in discussing this any further. It's too out there...

I would argue he's the 5th best player in the league, at worst top 10. Steve Francis pt 2 is laughable.

He is  a superstar. He makes everyone around him better. If you don't want to discuss it anymore that's fine, but you are one of those Westbrook haters who focuses on the little things that detract from his game, while he impacts the game in so many more positive ways.

Just look at Serge Ibaka with and without Westbrook. With Westbrook he is one of the best big men in the league, without he becomes just another body out there.

Westbrook is like a little Lebron James, the way he is physically superior. He can drive the ball at will and is an exceptional finisher. His mid-range jump shot has become a real weapon, and he can shoot the 3 point ball as well. He is also a feisty defender and the best rebounding guard in the league.

Durant was 16/32 tonight.. >>> Westbrook

Ok, Durant had a great game.

What's their record without Westbrook this year? 4-3 With him? 22-4

Will you at least admit he has no fashion sense?

lol yes. Some of those clothes...absurd.

I'll also admit he makes bad decisions and takes too many shots. You have to take the bad with the good though, and with Westbrook he brings a lot of awesome.

I was at the Timberwolves-Mavericks game today and it was a great game. Twolves overcame about a 20 point deficit in the 3rd to make it close. Down 2, Love went for the game tying shot as time expired but was hit on the arm, but no foul was called. The Twolves got screwed there. The place was going nuts with boos.

Thats awesome wish I could have gone.

Wolves lost to OKC last night im really bumed. Im wearing my wolves shirt today though

Two years ago. I believe it was game 4 or 5 or so in the finals vs Miami. There was a four or 5 minuet period where Westbrook was able to score at will.

He's a superstar. Not many people in the league can do that.

Even as a Miami fan, I'll admit he deserved to have 50 that game with how often he should have gone to the line. Ridiculous performance.

On another note, JR Smith shenanigans

Won't be surprised if he does. JR is the man though.

I don't know why Cleveland would do that other than to dump Bynum. Seems like another stupid decision by that FO.

I hate the attention Blake Griffin's, "dunk," is receiving. He threw the ball at the basket. To me, the poster is about more than just the degree of difficulty of getting to the bucket. It's also about the velocity of the slam in the face of an attempt to contest the shot. And with regards to the latter, there's a serious question of whether his hand even touched the rim. Sauce.

Another example of the Griffin hype train running wild. He's so overrated.
