2013-2014 NBA Season

Did you watch them this season without Westbrook or last year in the playoffs? Not saying he is more valuable than KD but they aren't the same team without him. It's a huge blow.

Wasn't my point.

. Of course they're aren't the same without him

That's like 30 shots and 10 turnovers a game gone

Funny. Its impossible to say what they look like without KD, but he's going to have to prove he's a top 3 guy without having Westy for a long stretch.

It's not far fetched to suggest Westbrook means more to them if you look at the whole package. We're talking about the 2nd best PG in the game and a top 10 player in his own right.

KD has to prove he's a top 3 guy? Really?

And yes, that is far fetched. KD is the second best player in the league. Hands down. There's a bunch of good PG's in the league right now. Him being the 2nd best PG in the game, and a top 10 player is very debatable. And while RW is a very good player. He still makes a lot of boneheaded decisions for a PG.

That's because Westbrook's not really a PG, he's something between a PG and a SG.  He's an incredible athlete, but his shot selection and decision making is atrocious.  And I'll echo you're sentiments on KD, he's easily the second best player in the league.

Judging by last year, Westbrook is a HUGE blow for OKC.

...and my fantasy team :'(

In other news, Larry Sanders put up 10 and 7 with 2 blocks in 22 minutes in his first game back...

I believe he may be referring to the 5000 foul shots Houston attempted and the fact the refs were clearly related to Ron winter

Notice how every time LeBron is out, Chris Bosh has a terrific game. Today's elite and clutch performance was a prime example of that and certainly not an exception, he has done this numerous times. Whenever the team needs to rely on him, he never disappoints. I'm glad Bosh (my favorite player) is finally on a winning team and gathering championships but it's disappointing to see him overshadowed by Wade and James merely because his talent and greatness is being misused as the third option.

But hey, Bosh is smart

He knows

Westbrook is a stud, his game can be reckless at times, but he's a baller. No doubt about it.

He gets it done, he's a superstar, without him, OKC won't be as good, not even close. We know this...

Miami vs Portland was another crazy game

Bosh makes another game winner while putting up 37 points smh

Aldridge makes that shot at the buzzer 9/10 too

I was at the Timberwolves-Mavericks game today and it was a great game. Twolves overcame about a 20 point deficit in the 3rd to make it close. Down 2, Love went for the game tying shot as time expired but was hit on the arm, but no foul was called. The Twolves got screwed there. The place was going nuts with boos.

Great wins for Dubs tonight

And the Thunder again fail to score when it counts most. These scoring droughts late in the game have been inexplicable. Shows just how much Westbrook meant to this team.

Just heard Timberwolves radio guy Alan Horton's meltdown on Dan Le Batard's show. Hilarious.

What has KD done without Westbrook? He puts up stats, but his team isn't nearly the same.

Not a big KD fan either so I won't argue this

Lol. These comments are so ridiculous!

Listen. KD is a beast and the second best player in the league. He puts up stats, because that's what he does. He tries to carry the team. But of course the team isn't nearly the same without Westbrook. Westbrook is an all-star and the second or third best player on the team. No teams are the same when they are missing they are missing another all-star caliber player.

What's ridiculous about it? The point was an argument can be made that Westbrook could be just as valuable to his team as KD. They clearly aren't the same without him, which makes sense because Westbrook is one of the best players in the NBA. He just doesn't have the same star power and media love that KD gets.

UCLA homer.

Guilty as charged. Westbrook is the most underrated player in the NBA though. He's a legit top 10 guy. An argument could be made that he is one the top 5 players in the NBA.
