Being a Rockets fan, I've had to endured a lot of ISO and [crap]ty basketball. Especially in the Francis/Mobley era. I absolutey LOVE watching this Spurs team play.

They're beautiful to watch. It's nice to see a team focus on fundamentals and quality team play instead of athleticism and flash.

I have read the books, but I like to be surprised by the episode itself and its finer points (if that makes sense).

 

Love seeing the Heat getting belted like this. Success leads to imitation, so hopefully we see good fundamentals becoming part of the NBA again. If my Magic can build like that I can see it becoming easier for me to follow the NBA more closely.

If we can run an offence like the Spurs, we'll be as good a shot at a Lombardi as anyone. The Patriots won in 2001, failed to make the playoffs then won two straight. Just sayin'.
