I feel like I could coach as much as Spoelstra does. Whats does he really do? Talent carried them this far (meaning 4 finals in a row), but he's not really coaching.

"Give it to Lebron"

By that logic, what did Phil do with the Bulls and Lakers? Just give it to Michael and Shaq and later Kobe.

Spo's a good coach. There's not much he can do when the Spurs are playing hyper-efficient ball and two of his best three players aren't carrying their weight.

I don't recall the last time I've seen the Heat in the Big Three era be handled as badly as they were tonight. The closest moment of the game outside of the tip-off was when Bosh made it a 10-13 game in the 1st, and that's saying something. This is one of the first times where it's clearly visible that Miami is facing a team that is simply better in comparison. San Antonio has built leads by passing up good shots for great shots and taking attempts at daggers in between. They have not allowed significant unanswered runs to occur. A good portion of the credit will deservingly go to the obvious names, and on good reason, but the performances of players like Patty Mills, Boris Diaw and Danny Green can't be overstated. They've made the timeliest of plays. Miami has pushed through quite a bit of adversity throughout the last few years, and if there's a comeback to be made, they'd have the highest relative chance. However, it would have to be a herculean turn around based on what they've shown tonight. They were dead in the water minutes into the game, and it wasn't even competitive.

I'm not talking about Phil at this time. But it seems more exaggerated having James, Wade and Bosh. Almost zero ball movement on that team.

Love seeing the Heat get L's... Let's hope it continues. : )

The "Big 3" should be 1 for 3 in finals and are about to have another loss added. If you ask them about this, I'm pretty sure they would call this a failure behind closed doors.

Being 1 from 4 in consecutive NBA Finals series, it's a step up from the Buffalo Bills but only a small one. If only Leonard makes those FTs in game six last year.

There is ball movement. There's not going to be as much when you've got three players that usually excel in iso. Plus, in this series, when the ball has moved, the outside shooters haven't been nearly good enough.

I actually think Spoelstra is a really good coach. Bad coaches can still hinder really good players, see Scotty Brooks.

Spo does a good job tweaking his lineups and defensively I think he has them playing really smart.

I don't think Brooks is the problem in OKC, but I don't think Spo is a good coach either. Spo has had great basketball minds to work with and benefit him and I still don't think he capitalizes. He's overrated to me.

I won't call the Heat dead yet but they are on life support. They can win tonight but it will be tough

If the Heat win here all they have to do is win at home and the series gets EXTREMELY interesting. One thing I'm worried about is that I'm not at work today, so we'll see if the Spurs can win without their secret weapon. :P

Heat making a statement in the first couple of minutes and the Spurs look a bit off. Very early days though.

What the hell, LeBron wasn't even touched!!

Backside ref called it.. Saw ginobili swat down.. Not saying it was a foul just a premature whistle

Nice work from Ginobli making it more of a game. Hopefully the Spurs can build off this.
