Are they allowed to take back the foul in that situation? I'm not certain, but I don't believe so. If that's the case, I can't blame the referee, to be honest. He was facing away from the play and turned around to only see the hard sell. The fines for flopping should be a little higher, and the fine was well deserved for that play. It was all ball.
