Curry 11 turnovers... That's why i don't like GS this year

My big concern is GSW's inexperience, especially compared to division rival LAC.  Bogut's looking great though, so hopefully GSW will have a consistent presence in the mid-court this season.

Not worried about their front court at all.. They have decent depth there.. They need another ball handler

I was talking about the midcourt, not the front.  You know, because of the Bogut and Lee injuries.

Definitely a concern. They're also very dependent on 3's but they have plenty time to try and fix/limit it.

Thunder is my pick for the season, they've addressed their centre problem with the steal of the draft and once Westbrook returns in two weeks the bench becomes the only question mark. If Lamb could drain 3s I would put money on it.

CLE 84/CHA 90... and just like that, CLE has shown why they qualified for the #1 pick last year, Bynum or no.

1st Week Thoughts:

ORL really hit the jackpot with Oladipo

LAL is scrappy

DET is much improved

LAC: Finals contender

A healthy MIN is a lethal MIN

Westbrook's back! WIth a competent C

WTH, BOS?!

PHI's Holliday trade was very smart

TOR is a tour-de-force (stretching, but I couldn't resist the word play)

WC looks a lot weaker w/ the dismantling of UT & DEN

CLE and WAS aren't going to make any epic leaps this year

He hasn't been good since he got hurt in Orlando. His defense has been in decline and he isn't a good offensive player. Its possible he does bounce back, but I wouldn't count on him looking like the Dwight of old. Hardens a great player, but he isn't at Westbrook's level IMO.

Old post, but westbrook is unstoppable if he gets hot. Even with the injury he's still freakishly athletic.

Olynyk's starting to live up to his hype.  Adams is doing well too, especially for someone from his humble basketball background.

Let's go TimberWolves! Beat the Nuggets on ESPN! Show the world you are legit.

Well, that didn't end well...

As unsurprising as it is, given that he was among my favorite underrated players since a few years ago, Paul George's mid-range jumper looked nearly unstoppable last night. The kid is scary. Also happy to see Enes Kanter and Jared Sullinger playing well.

How has George been underrated? He's always been a good defender, has been improving on offense each year and already looks like a superstar. Been looking like a great player with tremendous potential from the start. I thought that was the consensus by both the media and the fans.

Kanter will be a very good player, he can play. So can Sullinger, as long as his back holds up.

Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. I was saying that he was underrated several years ago when I began following him, which was in the '10-'11 season, if I remember correctly. He certainly isn't underrated now. Agreed on his potential and the general consensus regarding where he stands.

Agreed on Kanter and Sullinger. The concerns with Sullinger's back could follow him throughout his career, so I hope for his sake that his issues with work ethic don't resurface.

Don't understand the "parentheses".

Tony Allen was ejected in the 1Q against clippers for kicking the untouchable Chris Paul in the face..

Doesn't matter still won

He can't play tonight either

Oh, I didn't get the reference.  How long is his suspension?
