If they want trades, they need to find a way to transfer cap hits or something like that.  That was the deterrent.  Teams wanted guys, but either couldn't fit them in or they had too much money to take on.

The Same reason why the ravens wanted him  besides he wasn't a terrible safety for the raiders and I thought a safety needy team like the Redskins may have had  some interest in him.
