Center? Defensive line?  Left guard? Picks? Half drank water bottle?

We could use a half empty water bottle right now.

The most likely dumped him for the salary cap.  Monroe played pretty well but the penalties and sloppy line continues to cost us.

Suckers.

Don't know how the Phins plan to keep him motivated.  Especially since he'll be lured by South Beach all the time.  Maybe South Beach = Motivation?

I think they also threw in a wad of big league chew that was stuck to the bottom of the bench where McKinnie will be sitting

Statistically, Monroe appears to have had a pretty good game yesterday, but I'm still saddened to see McKinnie go.

He was a member of the Championship Team and contributed greatly to the Ring.

Ray Rice loved him and I think most of the other guys did too.

Not sure what we have in Monroe, but he'll be looking to get paid next year and one has to wonder if he'll be back.

So many changes, so little to show for it.

I don't think Monroe is going to get some huge deal. I still stand by my belief he gets a fair deal but not an expensive one.

That Jake Long deal really settled the market on LTs.

EDIT:
WRs though.  They're apparently worth all the money in the world.

Yep. Exactly my thinking. Jake Long got a small deal considering his level of play in the past. Also look at Vollmer, Bushrod, and others. His deal will be between 4-9M but I'd expect him to get closer to 6-8 leaning more towards 7M. Long also has some injuries so you have to account for that but Monroe has never played close to Jake's best.

I'm really happy with Monroe.  He's like the player we had hope Oher would be.  And likely the contract Oher would have demanded had he played to that level.  Maybe Miami over pays for him?
