Difference between abandoning the team and realizing we just aren't very good. I think the vast majority of us will watch every week and support the team no matter how bad things get.. but this was the week that it became official, we're nothing special this year.

I will never abandon my Ravens ever, and I am there win or lose, But I did vent on facebook right after the game and I will share that with all of my fellow Ravens fans. By the way Marlon Brown... Good Job today young man. Now remember I was still filled with the sting of yet another loss when I wrote this response. Perhaps I was too harsh? But like all of you I live and die with my football team. Hats off to the Browns they played a good game today.

 

OK I have to vent. The Ravens inability to run the football is ridiculous. They hired Castillo and switched to a zone blocking scheme. It has not worked. We are 8 games in. Lets go back to what worked last year. Flacco's production is down but if it were not for Flacco we would have no production at all. Thank God we have him. Our Defense is good, except when we have to have a stop. I.E> Buffalo, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, and today. WE HAVE TO PLAY BETTER FOOTBALL. Now with all that being said the Browns were aided by 3 BS calls today. 1. Ngata's Hit on Campbell. He was a runner not a QB in that instance and he decided not to slide. He was fair game. 2. Daryl Smith's hit on receiver. It was clean, Ball was still live and he did not hit him high. Yes, he slammed him to the ground so what this is football. 3. The horse collar at the end. You have to pull them down with it. Defender let it go. 45 yards in BullSh*t calls. We had better find answers fast. If we lose next week we are done, and that is unacceptable.

I am here but I won't expect anything from this team anymore. All this talk about records and we haven't lost since doing this or we beat this team this many times. Who cares? Apparently the Browns didn't.
