Good news people, Andy is back to being the O-line coach & Castillo has been moved to the press box where he will do NOTHING. Also they are letting him move on after the season is over.
Steve & Ozzie had that talk with John again about his "Friends" & it doesn't look good for the owner to have to step in and tell you right from wrong but this is Steve's team not Johns......

where did you get this information from ?

Oh yeah, like they've never reported rumors as truth before. SMH

I would hope no one thinks of this game as an automatic win due to the past. Some state past stats as a kind of mental support but that is a flawed approach.

I agree!  very flawed imo.

Completely aware. However, as a student of journalism, I am even more aware that some members of the media are idiots that pass off speculation as facts.

Do you believe everything the media says? Because you shouldn't.

Yeah that's true but Vinny is pretty well connected. He was the first to report Suggs tearing his Achilles. I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. He has connections.

Bunmer, I was hoping for Bleacher Report. I'm not sure which has more credibility though.

Regarding Castillo's future I do agree he will be gone next season.

I'm looking forward to watch Monroe, Shipley and Gino hold tight and Yanda and Vonta start opening some lanes for Ray and Pierce. It's going to be Raven football on Sunday.

woof woof says the puppy ^

I think we will win but Flacco has to step up once again (throwing 3 touchdowns) and this time our defense holds up.

24-20 Ravens

I would say, KC is lucky they didn't get him.

I believe this will be a tough game, the Browns have a new attitude. In general the Ravens they appear to be missing that "whip Butt" attitude this year. It needs to return on Sunday!

We might have a chance to win the game against the Browns if somebody duct tapes Castillo to a locker! lol  JK!  Well actually I'm not, but it was worth a shot, oh well! lol  :standcorner:

I am will to bet, some of the players love that idea.

This is the time for us to re-establish the run game by eliminating 'Offensive Playbook Predictability" .  New Era, new team and new attitude deserves a New Approach. Bleed Purple and Black and never look back. Dare to to shake-it up. That's the Raven way. That's how the Super Bowl run started last season and the first 'Dogs Out' season. If you've ever played this game at a high level before (I mean sweat and blood level, not PlayStation) you know what leadership brings.

A leader will emerge. It's the way of the Raven.

Insert whomever you'd like: however, if that's not displayed in the eyes of the warriors on the field and respected by those they face - they have not yet established this. That being said: Anyone of those named could in fact establish this and lead. If not one of them - someone will. That's the Ravens Way. It may not be a 1st rounder, pro-bowler or media-darling. Leadership Defined: When others are willing and ready to follow you. We'll know only when they know.

Leaders have emerged.

Outstanding pick for leadership (I truly hope so). A true bleeder in deed. He's a true talent and warrior like the rest. The only question that remains is: Will we follow he who leads. Leaders are anointed never appointed, but I'd like to be a witness to whomever rises-up.  Until then still Ravens 24 - Browns 10.

we have plenty of leaders that are repected by the vets and rookies alike . Listen to players they say it all the time .Definition of fan : someone who actually likes the team .

No disrespect, but you're reading in a little too much (I have Ravens 24 to Browns 10 tomorrow). That's hope. My thing is not 'like'. It's love. That takes a matter of real commitment. From the (Real) Colts to the Ravens - it has always been Love for me. If a true fan can't believe in excellence beyond mediocrity then I question that fan's trueness. Looking for convenient excuses for mediocrity isn't the definition of excellence or leadership. I have no doubt that we will be back, but it's going to take a leader that never makes excuses, excepts their own faults and will never blame someone for disloyalty when they challenge them to be excellent. That's how leaders and I might say 'true' fans are made. It's really not in the wins or loses – it's in the journey. It takes a true 'honesty' and self-examination.  A leader will emerge. That is and will always be the Ravens' Way.

Several leaders have emerged and are vocal , are they quoting bible verses and dancing on the sidelines no but they are leading all the new members of this team to becoming a cohesive unit. Being patient , understanding and supporting this team is not a bad thing as most suggest it's not accepting mediocrity it's accepting reality. the reality is that this offseason was full of change we lost allot of players. You can't throw a bunch of strangers together and expect miracles to happen and then play like probowlers from day one. MIstakes were made, personnel mistakes and scheme changes that didn't work out . I may have read into what you were saying my bad for that . Neither fan is wrong the one vocal about deficiencies or one supportive while they change .

no  such thing as a true fan .fans are fans

I haven't seen that reported anywhere reliable.

Have you seen it reported anywhere? I did a Google search and found nothing. Sounds like someone is having wishful thoughts or something. I don't know.
