We need to find a way, someway to score some TDs early and often.

Past few weeks performance going 3 and zero's on first halfs are a joke.   Make some TOUCHDOWNS! come on! smh

We only had one 3 and out today.

We only had 7 offensive possessions today because the defense couldn't do their job.

We scored on four of those possessions. penalties helped to kill one, play calling killed another and the 3 and out.

Flacco had a 70 % completion rate today. He didn't turn the ball over once. Don't know what more you want.

Im a blind homer I think we can win every week

I'm a homer (love the Ravens) as well but I'm not blind...that's for sure!  I can clearly see and acknowledge that this team is weak at the moment and continues with their piss poor gameplay even after all of their talk about "getting better" and we gotta "fix this or that" week after week after week.  I don't trust them or have confidence in them at home or on the road or against the so-called; "easy win" teams whatsoever!  I've seen 7 weeks of the same thing now.  I'll expect different....when I see different.

The Bengals did take a bit of a hit today.  They lost Leon Hall for the year.

Yup...pretty much the story of the season. 'Someone is down, and we can take a advantage of it'

Packers lost clay matthews, bills lost their whole starting secondary, steelers lost 3 starting oline, miami lost cameron wake, denver lost von miller, browns lost gosh gordon....

Doesnt seem like it matters much. We are usually in a position to help oursleves, but we beat ourselves more than we should. The W' is there though. We just need to execute.

This game will be a struggle.

We can't mess around with them, we need the defense to force the mistakes. That's the main way we can win.

Offense will be anemic vs the great Browns d, we need to matchup vs their offense to win this battle in the trenches,

Here's what probably happens:

We go into the bye pissed off for greatness. We get excited for a Browns team. We go there. We narrowly beat them. Then we go back home to the Bank, and we beat the Bengals and then drop a stinker to the Bears. That's my guess. We seem to get a high off of an emotional win, and I don't think beating the Browns give them that. I think the Bengals at home will, but then we'll probably go flat against the Bears and people will be pressing the panic button.

I'll be honest... if Hoyer was still starting, I would say we would lose. With Weeden starting, I'm confident we can win.

Between Weeden's bad decisions and ability to hold onto the football too long, its great medicine for our defense.

Take one week off and one Weeden and call me in two weeks.

Please, just shut up. I'm not throwing out a personal attack here but your bit is getting old. Just stop it.

This is it. All the teams we've faced have had stars missing from their rosters, yet we play down to their backups, heck, their third stringers! Suggs has had backups to eat up and despite his thoroughly impressive play I've been waiting for the other members of the D-Line to take advantage of the double teams #55 is getting.. disappointing.

We need to dominate these backups.

Is there a way to block users posts from showing up? I know that became an issue in the Falcons forum after some frankly pretty feral Saints trolls showed up.

At one point I would agree but not the way they have been playing. I wouldn't be confident about anything if I was this team.

I have zero confidence in this team.

I guarantee we make someone's career day . We always seem to do that.

@Ravenseconbeast

This team has no fire. No spark. No energy outside of Flacco and the WR core.

Are you saying that Suggs has no fire, no intensity?

Are you saying Grim is a "feral troll"... Grim is one of the best posters we have on this forum and far far away from being a troll. I just had to set the record straight.

we have the bye now and should be able to win against the browns.

I am not impressed by the bengals at all. They have a great D Line - so do we.

They sack the QBs - so do we.

We just need to score and everything is good. Maybe play some football in the first half and not wait until a wake up call late in the third...

I am too and proud of it . when do we ever do things the easy way.

Never lol. Being a Ravens fan is not for wimps lol. All last year my dad said the team was an 8-8 squad, then we would be one and done in the playoff , never get past Sir Manning and Broncos and after that he never said another thing lol

I do like the teams chances against the Browns, we will only be getting healthier and hopefully more determined for the second half of the season.

I like our chances to win the division , tall order I know but we have just the team to do it .

where is deonte thompson??? why haven't we used him???

It's probably because Jacoby Jones is back and  Jones right now hasn't been seeing alot of snaps on offense which makes the need for Thompson alot lesser.  Once Jones starts seeing alot more snaps on offense along with his kick return duties then you may see Thompson  alot more on offense(got to give Jones a breather).

We will beat the Browns. The real question is : Will we beat the Bengals?

We will beat them both. and beat them good. The real question is: When all the dust settles, will we be 12-4 or 11-5?

12-4. Bull. 11-5 is more of a stretch. we can finish 10-6 if marshall and kelechi play like beasts(they are capable), d-line gets healthy, asa jackson plays like a stud in the slot, and offense start scoring in the upper 20s every game.  This is how I imagined the team. We can get there. Just got to believe in the magic of the bye to help players get healthy(d-line). Also, the return of pitta is looming. Our team could make a run at the division. we are not super bowl bound this year.

at the very least, we are better than what the record shows us we are.

we need to work on 3rd & 1s and stopping miscues @ line of scrimmage.   If we clean those up, we might just be 5-2 right now.

I never understood that phrase, "better then the record says we are". How exactly is that? We are exactly as good or as bad as the record says we are. 1-10 scale we are a little better than a 4, which is a bit below mediocre. I guess the talking heads were right, we lost too many veterans and the new guys have not had a chance to gel yet with the remaining vets.

I just hope that the bye has some good gel time, and the team gets its rear in gear. The playoffs look like they are a long way from here. Although there is still a lot of football left to play and many things can and will happen, between now and then. The one saving grace is that we can rest assured that how the standings look now is not the way it will look at the end of week 17.
