Week 7 - Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers

2,750 posts in this topic

Steelers are now in second place. They play the crappy Raiders next week, easy win. They go to 3-4, tie breaker moves them in 2nd. Screw harbaugh and the defense in the 4th.

It takes Joe and this offense all of 3 3/4 quarters to get going...

Flacco played well. His supporting cast on offense minus a few people pretty much haven't done a thing all year.

This defense makes me so angry.  They are just so incredibly un-clutch.  Constantly allowing the opponent to run out the clock in the end, convert first downs, and score late points to take a lead.  It's pathetic.  They rip your heart out week in and week out.

We didn't even force a single 3rd down play on the Steeler's final drive.  Can you believe that?  8 downs, no 3rd downs on the final drive of the game.

This loss is partially on the D, and majority on the coaching staff. I expect to see some staff changes while on the Bye. This loss really sets the Ravens back in the division and conference, especially with the Bengals winning, and the Jets winning. Horrible. Horrible. Flacco, do not hang your head. This is not on you. You did what was asked of you. Minus one play, you did good. Hoping we can escape the season with a 10-6 record and back into the playoffs.

u know what...I almost would have preferred the steelers kick returner to get the td...then we would have had 1:50ish seconds left which is plenty

If Ray Lewis would ever consider coaching, Harbs can hit the road as far as im concerned....We won that Superbowl because of his inspiration, IN SPITE of Harbaugh

Loss is on everyone. Offense were pretty good but couldn't finish drives. Defense couldn't stop the Steelers. Coaches are all idiots. Tired of losing games we should win comfortably

I'm gonna stop watching until this team shows me they have heart.  I did that last year towards the end and it worked. I'm sick of taking time away from school to watch a team that has no desire to win. Call me fairweather, but this team is atrocious. They couldn't do any of that in the first half? Congrats Steelers fans. I'm glad we lost. I hope it takes a loss like that to wake up, but it won't. We'll make the same lame excuses and lose to another sub 500 team like the Jets. Well at least I had a better weekend before this in Deep Creek and The Walking Dead comes on in a bit.

This offense is horrible and I'm tired of Harbs and is stupid trick plays or going for it. Play the damn game and try to win, not give it away. This team is headed to the basement and fast. Thought we had a team of NFL players, we've just got a bunch of idiots.

partially on the D? Nope. Majority on the D. They forced one punt the entire game. Other than when they were kind enough to fumble for us, they scored on every single drive. And the defense let them take 8 minutes, 10 minutes, whatever they needed.

Sure, the onsides kick was the stupidest call I've seen in a very long time, but ultimately it was the complete failure of our defense to get off the field.

Flacco with another 4th quarter drive for the ages in Pittsburgh, but the defense doesn't give him the chance to get the win.  Pathetic.

At this point we can use a head coach.  If he cant get his coaches in line then we don't need him.  You all are sold on his record.  He hides his lack of coaching by hiring all these other coaches.  This is not a young team as far as football years.  We have a nice blend of rookies and vets.  They are getting out coached every week.

Why gamble on the onside kick with them having trouble moving the football.

Why are we coming out of halftime Discombobulated.

Why is Castillo here? Spags? No improvement

Steelers fans be like.. We beat Baltimore we are going to win the Super Bowl.

Those Steelers fans acting just like that too. Calm down, it took you 7 weeks to win two games. You have no bragging rights.

wow again....where did you hear that?  Or is that you wishing we stated that......All I know is that we resoundingly beat you in all aspects of the game except we lost the turnover battle and there was a 6 point swing.  Time of possession and all other stats point to a Steeler win.....enough said

That onside kick didn't matter, that huge kick return out the back of the endzone.. yea that hurt

Yup. Sapped momentum and the defense turned around and played soft.

Remember fellow Raven talk users. Steeler fans will be lerking, when you embarrass yourself you're embarrassing Raven fans as a whole.

Harbs blew it on NOT letting Tucker kick it out of the back of the endzone!

If half of a ham sandwich would consider coaching Harbaugh can hit the road as far as I am concerned.
