I'm guessing insurance until Jensen is fully healthy.

He's a let down, big guy that can't do much

You need a can of spinach! Or you need to stop drinking so much. Not sure which.

Nope again,I don't smoke or drink alcohol, but I'd rather have Brussle Sprouts or Broccoli

Arthur Brown with second team, McClain in base defense, per Luke Jones from WNST.

I know that's gonna piss some people off.

I swear I hate Harbaugh sometimes. Way too much loyalty to veterans.

I'm gonna make some bold predictions for the Ravens.

  1. Joe Flacco will throw 3 TDs today, one to Deonte Thompson.
  2. The running game will get going today, however Ray Rice will fumble and Bernard Pierce will be the top HB.
  3. James Ihedigbo will have an interception.
  4. Terrell Suggs will have 3 sacks today. Overall the team will have 6 sacks & a forced fumble.

Well in fairness, Brown hasn't done a whole lot for the run game when he's been there. From what I've seen, he still gets swallowed by guards. His impact has been felt in the pass defense more than anything.

It's gameday! And it couldn't of come sooner.

What is everyone's First Offensive Play Predictions? I'm going with a deep play action pass to Jones.

but incomplete..

What's the over/under for the Ravens first offensive play being I-formation Rice up the middle for 1 yard?

In seriousness, let's get this ship back on track and pull a win in Pittsburgh!

A gain of an entire yard? Let's not get gready.

This game makes more nervous than a match against a one win team ever should. It is easy to envision them forcing the ground game again and failing miserably...again. And of course we know can happen when the ground game is abandonned.

Hahaha.  We have gained negative yards on the first play of the game 3 out of 6 times this season!  All in all we total 6 yards on 6 plays on the first plays of games.  So 1 yard per play... I guess 1 yard is the most logical guess in that case.

Well looks like I'm going to miss the first part of the game because in my area they are showing the Patriots/Jets game and we are being forced to watch overtime in that game before they will cut it to the Ravens.  I still hate living outside of the Baltimore TV market on game days :(

Where do you get all these cool stats?

I gather from nfl.com and pro-football-reference.com and populate my own database which I have a few programs I wrote to do queries, analysis, graphs, and other stuff with.

I don't even know who to be rooting for in other NFL games anymore... Falling behind the Bengals makes me wonder if we should root for the division leaders to win and the wild card contenders to lose so we don't potentially miss out on the wild card.  Worrying about division leaders losing for potential seeding seems like a waste of time now and could cause other teams to take those wild card spots in front of us.  I dunno... this season isn't going well.  The Bengals keep stealing wins from teams that seem to just give up at the last minute.  They should have literally 1 win this season.  Literally.  Not an exaggeration.  They should have lost today, and last week, and to Green Bay.  We are losing games we should win and they are winning games they should lose, and that just... sucks.
