Ravens can`t run against a bad Steelers rushing D, thanks to Harbs and his buddy Juan.

why did we run a stretch play when we needed 1 freaking yard? Just have a hat on a hat and we get that first down.

Ya'll are killing me with all the negativity.  We just put together a decent drive and the defense got rest.  It's still early.  Keep running the ball and some things will open up.

the d front doesnt look good. the o front doesnt look good. our secondary has no playmaking ability.

if we lose this game, to accept that this team is NoT good enough.

Don't wanna see any more stretch plays or any run which might take time to develop because we just can't block. Run it downhill if you must but I wanna see 70% passes cos I just don't trust the run

I despise nothing more than the stretch run game. Pound it up the middle for goodness sake

At this point, I'm actually surprised the Ravens haven't considered just letting Joe Flacco QB sneak his way for a first down on these 3rd down-and-1 situations. I mean, it can't be any worse than these runs, can it?

why can't the ravens run play action on 3 and 1? Its like they scared to put in Joes hand in that situation. I know they would have been totally fooled if Joe kept the ball and ran up field on that last run play.

Maybe they think that their offensive line should be capable of gaining one single yard.

I don't know what would cause them to think that, but I figure it's possible.

Indeed, not counting anything that happened in the NFL today (and surely we didn't rise in the rankings yet considering we just had yet another failed 1-to-go run), but we rank 4th worst in the NFL at converting 1-yard-to-go rush attempts.  We succeed, prior to today, 45.5% of the time (down to 41.7% now), while the NFL average is 65.9%.
