What's the over/under for the Ravens first offensive play being I-formation Rice up the middle for 1 yard?

In seriousness, let's get this ship back on track and pull a win in Pittsburgh!

We need to HIT somebody today! Come on! I always get extra excited when we play them.

I think we can take out our frustration on the Steelers and end their season.

24-13 Ravens. Woo-woo!

A gain of an entire yard? Let's not get gready.

This game makes more nervous than a match against a one win team ever should. It is easy to envision them forcing the ground game again and failing miserably...again. And of course we know can happen when the ground game is abandonned.

Bold Prediction:  Both teams score 28+ points.  We win a surprise shootout thanks to a defensive takeaway at the end, the first of the game for either team.

like every game we've had against the steelers, its going to be a dog fight. Record does not matter. im just hoping for once the offense shows up for 4 full qtrs. I don't know how much I can take if we fall 3-4.

It's truly bumming me out that I'm not vein-popping pumped for this game. It's been many years since I've been like this.

I'm 100% certain I'll be blood thirsty by 4:15 on Sunday though.

GO RAVENS!!!!!!

Ugh. Just realized it's a 4:25 game and I have to work during most of the game. Devastated!

Football on your phone!

I hate to say it because it's such a knee jerk reaction with so many people on the boards but if we lose this game because of the OL , someone better be fired or demoted

Just a reminder:  The rules still apply especially personal attacks and profanity.  Happy posting!

You need a can of spinach! Or you need to stop drinking so much. Not sure which.

Harbaugh, give Raven nation a present today. Use the pass to set up productive runs. The run game is not working in the format you've been using. Six weeks and numerous "tweaks" have proven it. Nothing wrong with using your strengths - Flacco, Torrey, Jacoby, Marlon - to help your weaknesses - Ray, Bernard, OL. I am so anxious about the first play on offense. It will be the tone setter for the rest of the game. If it's a tackle eligible 2 wideout I formation, Rice up the middle for nothing, Raven nation will be in for a long day and bitter loss and further evidence Harbs is not up to the task this year with this team. A shame, this team has just as good personnel as any in the league and Harbs and company are letting them and us down.

Nice prediction!  Instead of going straight up the middle, maybe Leach goes in motion right before the snap and shows the entire world which way the play is going?

Ray just interviewed Rex on ESPN and it was fantastic.

He mentioned one of his biggest regrets is how nobody talks about the 2006 Ravens defense because we didn't win a title.

  • In 2010, it was T.J. Houshmandzadeh who caught the game-winning for the Ravens in Pittsburgh.
  • In 2011, Torrey Smith stepped-up by catching the game-winning touchdown during the final seconds in Pittsburgh.
  • In 2012, Jacoby Jones was the difference-makier in Pittsburgh, as he scored the only touchdown for the Ravens on a punt return.

As you can see, the pattern has gone: Free agent, veteran WR acquisition to rookie WR, back to free agent, veteran WR acquisition. Also, there's another pattern with their jersey numbers: 84 to 82 to 12.

Basically, what I'm saying is that some rookie wide receiver, who wears #14, will be the hero for Baltimore, this afternoon. In fact, he'll catch 2 touchdowns to help the team.
