Week 7 Discussion( Other Games)

390 posts in this topic

Week 7 is finally here and we have another NFC West game to kick off the week. Tonight, the Seahawks travel to Arizona to face Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals. As for the rest of week 7, big games include(excluding Ravens/Steelers):

- Bucs @ Falcons: This will be a huge game here for Mike Smith. The Bucs are imploding and if the Falcons lose, then we know they are in trouble.

- Patriots @ Jets: Can Geno Smith make up for last time and avoid the mistakes to actually win the game for the Jets this time?

- Cowboys @ Eagles: It seems the NFC East has took over where the NFC West left off. Both teams are 3-3, the 0-6 Giants amazingly still have a shot to win the division. It should also be noted the last game between these two teams is in week 17.

- Texans @ Chiefs: Well this looked like an easy win on paper for the Texans, now it looks like a realistic easy win for the Chiefs after seeing how hard the Texans have fallen.

- Broncos @ Colts: Peyton Manning's Homecoming... End of discussion.

- Vikings @ Giants: Josh Freeman is starting for the Vikings on Monday Night, this may be the best chance for Eli and the Giants to get their first win of the season.

That should more be illegal contact or holding on the Seahawks Defense as without being held he had the catch.

The Cardinals are really being hurt by their mistake to hire Bruce Arians.  Those Steelers fans were right guys, he's a bad coach.

7 games in and your saying it's a failure?

I just can't stand these nonsense roughing passer calls these days. Ugh

Meh. He looked like he was trying to bend him sideways. If that was Flacco, I'd be livid.

It must suck for these Card fans seeing all these jubilant Hawks fans freak out at all these big plays, lol.

I've thought Arians is a terrible coach for quite some time.

Half time..... Cardinals in position to pull off the upset but that O-line really needs to step it up and protect Carson if they are to win tonight.

Reminded me of Lewis on sproles in SD. Awesome.

The Cardinals offense reminds me of our offense.

Wilson is something special

Until he gets hit like RG3 and what was special about him is gone.

Ugh. Don't remind me.

Lynch went insane on that run.

Memo to our O-Line: Hold all you want because the NFL won't call it.

There have been multiple NFL writers, even National ones, pointing this out lately.  It's getting really bad.

Thank goodness for Arizona the 2014 NFL Draft is filled with quarterbacks. Carson has been watching too many Texans game as of late.

Sounds like you're rooting for that to happen? Neither are all legs though.

To be fair, I've always felt that holding "penalties" occur on every, single play. However, only the most blatant ones are called, seeing how a referee's vision is limited from a distance.
